Property is Beautiful, safe & secure . The unit is exactly like the photos but much more stunning in person . Very clean and well decorated. The amenities on the property are very nice my Personal favourite was a beautiful lit up gazebo directly out front on the unit with amazing ocean view . Our host was kind and very responsive when needed . The staff on-site was very helpful and respectful. 10/10 Highly recommended

The space was immaculately clean and thoughtfully decorated with local artwork. Our host, Oneil, was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond by providing a detailed neighborhood guide that led us to some amazing restaurants we would have otherwise missed. The location couldn't be better - just a walk to the beach and within walking distance to local seafood restaurants. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and we appreciated the complimentary items waiting for us upon arrival. The bed was super comfortable with hotel-quality linens. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

This charming, older home exceeded our expectations with its breathtaking views and warm ambiance. The location is fantastic, with an amazing restaurant within walking distance—such a treat! The neighbors were welcoming, adding to the overall cozy and friendly atmosphere. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved it so much that we’ll definitely be back! One small note for future guests: the road to the house is best suited for all-wheel-drive vehicles, but it’s absolutely worth it for the incredible experience. Highly recommend!

Well where do I begin. It’s the best Airbnb I have stayed in Jamaica. Beautiful tranquil surroundings felt right at home and safe. Enjoyed the whole time immensely. The host ‘Sophia’ was superb very attentive friendly positive energy nothing was too much. Not that we needed her that often to honest as everything was in good working order. Would enjoy staying here again the whole are is fantastic the views/surroundings safety with security. 🎉🎉🎉🇯🇲

Honestly, it’s a great place. I would suggest getting a rental car. It’s not too far from fast food, but because it’s an area that they’re newly building and there’s nothing in walking distance. Hellshire beach is like 25 mins away. And the area is so quite peaceful and safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Marlon is very responsive within a timely manner so no anxieties waiting. He is also flexible and addressed any issues rapidly. His host Bobby also available within minutes and won’t leave until you are satisfied with the smallest or largest of issues. Would stay again defo!!

My family and i really enjoyed our stay at papers place. The house is beautiful clean and spacious with beaches and shops on the doorstep. The pool was great to relax in on the hot days, great for the children to play and cool down in. It's also realy close to kingston by car or taxi wich was great for us. The host is extremely accommodating and helpful, always available for contact and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend that you stay here for a peaceful comfortable stay. Thank you for having us, well be back for sure

Jessy was such a thoughtful host. Everything we needed was available to us from teas and snacks to the coziest spaces and fun games. The air conditioners worked perfectly and the backyard was spacious for stone stepping walks. A pool, playground and nearby beach are also in the community. I would definitely recommend this place and I will certainly be returning soon.

The Pictures matched the actual place! Amazing Host 10/10 ! I definitely felt at home once I walked in and was impressed with the space! I enjoyed the pool and that fact the beach was also right there was Amazing! I’m definitely going to be booking again in the near future!

Dawn is very responsive and accommodating and the private townhouse is immaculate. From the moment I walked to the front door, I was greeted with fresh welcoming scent. The amenities are modern and very stylish. The property is very close to the airport, quiet and well kept. I totally enjoyed staying here and believe it was good value for the price. I’m definitely staying here again in December when I return to Jamaica.

My family and I had a lovely stay. Although, the house is not in a gated community we felt safe. The hosts ensured security all around the house which I really appreciated especially since I had my kids with me. The place was very cool, we hardly used the AC, the fans were good enough for us. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the home and the modern decor. We look forward to staying again when in Kingston❤️.

Nice quiet neighborhood. I felt safe even coming in late at nights. Very close to the airport and food shopping is five minutes away.

Tammy was a great host; the stay was comfortable and in a quiet residential area. The home is just as described and close to the beach but would recommend having a personal vehicle.

Great & clean 3 bedroom home with all the amenities one could ask for in an AirBnB: full kitchen, full bath with toiletries, 4 tv's, etc. My family and I only stayed at Robby's Place for one night as we finished our explorer's vacation along the east coast of Jamaica. Harbour View is a good location as it's near the airport but also just outside Kingston proper. So, you can explore Kingston close by and then come back to Robby's Place to chill outside of Kingston's hustle & bustle. There's a good sized grocery store just a minute or two walk down the street which is a nice bonus for the location. Wycliff gave impeccable directions to the home while local host Nadine warmly took care of us and made my family feel immediately at home. We could easily have stayed longer!

Perfect Airbnb! We were 4 and it was the perfect amount of space for everyone to feel comfortable and at home! Everything was super clean and the kitchen is stocked with all the appliances you need if you want to cook/eat at Airbnb. There’s laundry and TVs in each room which made everything so comfortable. The community is gated and has security 24/7, the neighbors are quiet and calm too. The location was equal distance to everything! It was easy to get Ubers to and from Kingston (~15 mins away) which was a plus. There’s a KFC, supermarket and other food in walking distance. Theres also vendors outside the food areas who make smoked jerk chicken. The airport is under 10 mins away which is always a plus! The host was super responsive, friendly. One of his recommendations was ROK hotel (~12 min drive) for a pool day pass and it was worth it! It was all of our first time in Kingston and the host was super helpful in making sure we had the best stay. Look forward to staying again!!
