Casa Bouganvillea is located in Porto Alabe, a small and quiet hamlet in the municipality of Tresnuraghes. Just a 5-minute walk to the main beach, surrounded by the green landscapes typical of the Mediterranean scrub and well connected to essential services. Very close to Bosa, recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, to Tinnura, and to the beaches of Colombargia, S'archittu, Cane Malu, and Compultittu. One hour away from beautiful Alghero and the Sinis Peninsula. A nerve center of beauty.

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Il "Nido" is only 5 min away from the nearest beach by car, it's surrounded by vineyards, silence and peace; each room overlooks the main terrace with an open panorama on the gulf. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, private parking and back terrace, you can enjoy a ravishing hot shower on the sunset. The builiding was renovated in Jan.2025 while kitchen and bedroom a few years ago in a simple and cosy style, in our house you're going to fill you up with BLUE, relax !

My accommodation is suitable for couples, solo adventurers and families (with children at least 10 years old). This apartment is located on the 1st floor with a view of the Porto Alabe beach, on the west coast of Sardinia, 7 km from Bosa. The house has two bedrooms, a living room/kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace. Street parking is always available. The place is quite peaceful and quiet. It is about 50 km from Alghero. It would be advisable to get there by car or motorcycle.

This apartment is not designed to be rented. I recently renovated it in a contemporary style so that my wife and I could escape from the routine in our beloved Porto Alabe. At the same time, I am proud to share that wonderful sunset view with people who, like me, love that light feeling of freedom and wonder. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts, so you don't have to think about what to bring with you, but only to enjoy the relaxation.
