The Sardinian house in the valley

The property is a villa placed in a little valley on a plot of about one hectar. The accommodation is superbly located on a panoramic valley floor overlooking the gentle hills all around. The house is an old stone mansion leaned against a big wall of rock. It is made up of three different stone buildings connected by a little courtyard and dating back to the 18th century. The property features a private garden with a swimming pool and an enchanting courtyard with an outdoor dining table

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Gabriele is one of the 3 separate apartments that make up the estate and can accommodate up to 6 people, ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a holiday surrounded by nature. The jewel of the estate is our swimming pool, shared between the apartments, where you can enjoy moments of pure relaxation by cooling off in its waters or sunbathing in our outdoor relaxation area.

Il "Nido" is only 5 min away from the nearest beach by car, it's surrounded by vineyards, silence and peace; each room overlooks the main terrace with an open panorama on the gulf. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, private parking and back terrace, you can enjoy a ravishing hot shower on the sunset. The builiding was renovated in Jan.2025 while kitchen and bedroom a few years ago in a simple and cosy style, in our house you're going to fill you up with BLUE, relax !

The apartment was completed, fully furnished and equipped with all essential amenities, just before August 2023.

In the historic center of Bosa, 5 minutes by car, in front of the sea at the Temo river. The view of the river is covered by the building in front but you just need to leave the house to be right in front of the river. It is located a few meters from the ancient bridge and the ancient cathedral, surrounded by many characteristic places.
