Everything is great. The Condominium is excellent and the apartment is better than in the photos, in addition to staying in the best neighborhood of Porto Alegre. Roger is extremely friendly and is quick to respond to any questions. Note 1000!

The stay was great. We were contacted by Luciane via WhatsApp and she gave us all the instructions (clearer than that is impossible). In addition, he was super kind and managed to advance our check-in by a few hours. The communication as a whole was super smooth. The location of the building was close to restaurants, easy to get to and super affordable. Another positive point for me was that the room itself basically works as an apartment, as it has a kitchen that meets basic needs and with utensils. Perhaps the only thing I leave as a suggestion for improvement is that the cell phone signal did not work very well in the room and the wifi oscillated at times. But nothing that would compromise the experience. Otherwise, I think it's a great option with a very fair cost.

Monica was a great host, she responded quickly to our messages, helped us with the location of the apartment, she met us to help us, although we only stayed one night to sleep, the apartment met my expectations, there were 6 of us, and there was accommodation for everyone, everything was very clean! The next day, we woke up very early, because the flight was scheduled for 9 am and there was no time to stop somewhere for breakfast, Monica was very kind to offer us a coffee!

We ended up spending the night there at the last minute and were very well received. The location is great and the space as well. The concierge still works at dawn so it is possible to arrive later, the room has air conditioning, the whole environment was clean and organized. It provides bath towels and blankets. I was very satisfied with the communication and the stay, I would definitely go again.

the apartment is very comfortable for two people, it is very well equipped, it is from back so there is no problem of noise with the avenue, just have to go down 2 flights of stairs to the back and then climb to the third floor where the apartment is, it has a very good location, close to parks and supermarkets. The host Leonardo was the one who attended me, was very helpful and very good people, always available to meet and respond to doubts.

This stay exceeded our expectations. Great location(did not know the neighborhood), secure building (24-hour gate), pleasant and receptive neighborhood. Extremely clean, organized and equipped apartment. The very friendly, caring and caring host. I recommend this stay with your eyes closed. Local easy to pick up app car. 5 min drive from Barra Sul shopping mall and Jockey Club. A few more minutes we were at Pontal , Beira Rio and exits to the center. Very satisfied!
