I stayed in this unit for 2 months and I had a great stay . Clean , comfortable and safe . The building staff is very nice and helpful . The area is relaxing and the beach is a 3 min walk. Grocery store and restaurants are close by as well. Communication with the host was good. I’ll be back soon. Thank you 😁

The stay was wonderful, helpful hosts, full apartment. The microwave was off, but it didn't matter. We had an issue with the hot water in the shower (apparently the building was under maintenance, so we didn't even mention it to Bruno). The location is great, spacious, quiet, close to the Salvador shopping mall (just across 2 streets) and also easy to get around the city. I only leave the addendum, it did not affect me, but if someone has an allergy to the smell of cigarettes, because the smell is strong - I believe that the former residents were smokers and even today the smell remains.

Silvana is a great host. The accommodation was extremely clean and fragrant and is close to markets, pharmacies, restaurants... in addition to the tourist spots that are nearby. The bed linens and towels provided were impeccable. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable, we slept very comfortably. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils for eating and cooking, in addition to the water filter that was my ally with fresh water and ice at my disposal. The bathroom was clean and fragrant, with the shower at the ideal temperature. The check-in and check-out were super quiet. The building staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Thaís was a great host. I loved the space and she was very careful and flexible. The environment was clean and corresponded with the images. We intend to return 💚

The apartment is like in the pictures, comfortably accommodates a couple. The outside is large, but it is worth mentioning that for without a very high floor ends up very windy, good to relieve the heat, but sometimes not very comfortable to stay. The apartment was well cleaned, and Marcia was very proactive and kind. As a courtesy you left in the fridge some cold beers, which was great for the moment we got tired from the airport.

Sergio's space is a real gem. It is very conveniently located which made navigating the city easier. I can't say enough how incredible the view and proximity to the ocean are. Seeing the ocean from almost anywhere in the space - hearing and seeing it everyday really made for a peaceful experience. Sergio is a kind, responsive, and very accommodating host. The only challenge I had was when the internet was out for 8 days. This was outside of Sergio's control and he was communicative through this challenge and after it was restored. I would recommend a visit here again and hope to return.

I recently stayed with my family and I only have positive things to say! We really liked the location, close to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and beach. My 5-year-old daughter loved the little square with a playground next to the building. I felt totally at home. The apartment was spotless and clean.

Excellent stay! Cezar's apartment is exactly as described in the listing — very clean, well-equipped and with an incredible view facing the sea. The location is quiet, perfect for resting. Cezar was an extremely accessible and helpful host throughout the stay. I recommend it.

This place had beautiful views! We loved being able to hear the ocean in the evenings. The building amenities were nice with the pool and a children’s playroom. The private beach access was nice, however it was a little difficult getting down the steps/over the rocks once you left the condominium entrance. We had kids and older parents with us and had to be very conscious of no one falling. The building is very safe with plenty of security around and only letting approved uber drivers in. Paula was super friendly letting us know about the area and extra kids toys, pool things, and mattresses etc. that were available which we greatly appreciated traveling with young children. The unit was very clean and as described. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again one day!

The accommodation is great, the apartment was clean, the room is newly renovated, the location is good, has private access to the beach, and the pool which provides a pleasant day, has restaurants on the ground floor, a wonderful shrimp guioza, in short, it is worth the daily amount! João was super solicito, a great host! I will definitely return!

It is a great experience to stay in this charming house, and the most special are the hosts! Family atmosphere with very polite people. For those who like dogs, there is also the canine member of the family. The room is as in the pictures, super clean and organized. Large bed, comfortable, with excellent bedding. The location is perfect for those who want to spend a few days by the beaches of Vilas (the closest one to about 5 minutes from uber), or taking advantage of this region outside the city of Salvador (spend a day at Praia do fort, for example). I recommend.

The best place we could choose to stay. Two blocks from the beach, the area is very quiet and one block away there is a supermarket. The house is amazing and the pool gives it a huge plus, since it gets dark early, at 6 pm it's already dark and getting home and having the pool to cool off was the best! There is also an outdoor shower, next to the pool, which was very useful after arriving from the beach. The terrace, which is in front of the pool, is also very good, with two tables, ideal for eating there, and especially at night, since there is wind and it is nice to cool off there. On the other hand, the house's facilities, everything was excellent and impeccable. The bedrooms, closet and bathrooms are very spacious and nice! We would definitely stay in this place again, totally recommended! Vitor was very kind, welcomed us very warmly and always responded very quickly, very good communication, plus he let us in ahead of time, and that's really appreciated!

I hired the space to commemorate the 15 years of my daughter who, upon seeing the property was delighted as well as the whole family. The space is very pleasant, the accommodations excellent, the environment could not be better, in front of a beach, with a promenade for walking. The building is located in a neighborhood with an infrastructure of bars and restaurants for all tastes. TOO GOOD

Vitor's house is sensational, clean and comfortable. Super attentive, easy communication and the condominium is super organized and safe. Very close to the best beach tent in Salvador and easy walking access to the beach. I will come back for sure!

Nice place, perfect for a short stay. A bit of a climb to get to but the pool is the ideal remedy!
