We had a great time staying here, the place was lovely, had everything you need, we loved hanging out on the balcony in the evenings. You have some sea views and it is so close to the beach and the pine forest. From there you can walk left or right to reach little beach bars where you can rent sunbeds and a small marina with restaurants. The only thing that slightly lets it down is the check in process as personally we prefer the flexibility of self-check in and checkout so you don’t feel tied down. For example we had long delays at the airport due to car rental and having to communicate back and forth with the lady who was helping us check in was a bit stressful, although she was helpful. But apart from that we had a great time and would love to stay again!

We were initially hesitant to book this place since it's a new listing with only a few reviews, but we're so glad we took the chance Andrea's apartment truly exceeded our expectations! The space was spotless upon arrival, and Andrea was kind enough to accommodate our late check-in, even though there's a set time window. The apartment looks recently remodeled with brand-new furniture, and everything felt thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. The location is peaceful and ideal if you have a car-just 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket, with beautiful beaches only a short drive away. We explored several beaches that were within 15-30 minutes, and San Teodoro was just 10 minutes from the apartment. One of the best highlights was the outdoor shower, which became the perfect refresh after long beach days. We traveled with our five-year-old, and she absolutely loved the bunk bed - it made her feel right at home and excited to return after our outings. We will definitely book it again!

Stop scrolling and just book. The view will captivate you! We were lucky to meet Mario and Adriana during our stay and hear the story of their home. From the landscaping, the pool, fully stocked kitchen, to the comfy linen and beds you won’t want to leave and will feel at home! The location is unbeatable so close to town and beaches!

Patrizia was very kind at all times! Upon arrival, we had a 6-hour delay from our airline and they waited for us when we arrived at night. Every other day he asked us how we were, if we needed anything, and from the first minute he gave us recommendations on what tours to do/which beaches to go to/where to eat like a local. From the moment we arrived until we left, she was always ready for anything, with a huge smile. I would give it 10 stars, although I can only give 5 on the platform. Thanks Paty! We'll be back for sure!

The accommodation is spotless looks like just been refurbished. You have balcony all to yourself and its a proper sun trap in the afternoon evening. Less than a minute walk to the main street off Budoni 15 - 20 walk to the beach. Will be staying there again.

Lovely house in delightful garden, immediately behind the beach. In May the area, including the beaches, was quiet and relaxed. We loved it. Thanks Antonio and Stella.

It doesn’t get much better than this! The villetta is gorgeous. Not only is it kitted out very generously with everything most would ever need, but its decor has been finished with style, care, and attention to detail. This extends to the garden — truly a pleasure to spend time in. There are plenty of spaces to sit out in and enjoy a closer connection with nature, lush green views across to the neighbouring hill, and a whole host of tasteful planting choices (the purple accents of lavendar lining the back lawn were a delight for the eyes and the fragrance of the curry plants offered a sublime greeting each time you descended from the entrance gate to the house). We felt secluded at the villetta, yet we were only a few mins walk from a fantastic beach or a chilled hilltop cafe. Palau is 7 mins drive away. The location was ideal. Nadine and Sara couldn’t have been warmer, friendlier, or more helpful or accommodating. They were both so lovely. We’re planning to come back next year!

The host was very attentive and took care of the progress of the stay several times. She has shown ample flexibility and willingness to meet our requests. The house is spacious, well-stocked, and clean. In my opinion, the most beautiful thing is the outdoor space with a large and very comfortable kitchen, climate allowing you can live most of the time under the porch.

We really loved this place. As well as being in a great location with a gorgeous view, it felt so homely and comfortable and had a fabulous porch area. Lots of big and little things ticked our boxes and we would not hesitate to stay there again (if only we didn’t have to fly half way around the world to get there). Simone is a great host and is super responsive. The area around Pittulongu is full of great beaches and is close to Olbia and all it offers. Our first experience of Sardegna and staying here made it really memorable! Highly recommended!

The host was very kind and responsive, literally one of the best hosts! Place was cute with great views, liked the vibes and architecture of the kitchen and windows. Could use a little furniture update in the living room and bedroom. As well as new linens / towels.

We loved our stay with Jessica and Allesandro. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything we (couple with a baby) needed was there, including baby chair and bed). We especially loved the large outdoor area, with plenty of space to eat and relax. The beach is only 5 minutes walking distance (and several other beaches nearby) and the center is approx 10 minute by foot. Jessica is an amazing host. She provided us very good suggestions for beaches and restaurants and replied quickly to our questions. We will definitely recommend this place and will come back when we visit again.

Had a great time! The distance to the beautiful beach was only six minutes on foot. The beds are super comfortable. The view from the balcony is a dream. Images cannot do justice. Beautiful place to relax! We will be happy to come back!

A haven of peace in the immediate vicinity of San Teodoro, the well-equipped accommodation is located in a green setting beautifully decorated by Barbara. The outdoor shower in the middle of the fig trees, overlooking the bay is pure happiness. Small vegetable garden with aromatic herbs, salads, onions, and delicious lemons 🍋 Barbara is an attentive, considerate, discreet, very good advice host, she helped us with all our reservations, and she is a real sunshine, a concentrate of kindness and humor. You can book without a second thought.

For my first time in Sardinia, I was looking for a quiet place with all the comforts of home and this apartment met my needs in full. Giovanni and Antonella were always available and super kind both before our arrival and during our stay and upon our arrival they welcomed us with local delights. They were also able to recommend great activities and restaurants! The house was very tidy and clean and had everything in the description (washing machine, air conditioning, wifi, etc.). Despite the drought issues, we have never run out of water (which is no small thing!) Beautiful sea easily reachable on foot in just under 10 min walk or drive (there is ample parking at €3 per day). I couldn't wish for a better welcome and hospitality for my first trip to the wonderful Sardinian land! We will definitely be back and hopefully as soon as possible!

It was one of the most pleasant stays I have ever had, the apartment, in addition to being clean, has been recently renovated, it is very functional due to the presence of the two bathrooms furnished with taste and impeccable in cleanliness. Well-furnished bedrooms in every detail, nice chromotherapy light on the headboard, each has a clothesline outside the window. The kitchen also has everything you need, new and well-maintained utensils and pots, and airtight containers. Alessandro is an available, friendly and responsive host, he did not miss anything and met all our expectations and needs. A contact not to be missed, we will definitely be back!

Maria is an enthusiastic host. She is flexible, communicative and gave good tips. The apartment is super located. Close to shopping street, harbor, beach, restaurants and bars. It is recommended to visit the beautiful area around Caletta from here.

Katia's home is beautiful and she is a lovely and helpful host. Communication was top notch with helpful recommendations and directions to her place. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had every item we needed, and more! It was our wedding anniversary and Katia welcomed us with a delicious platter or fruit and a bottle of champagne! The private beach was a spot of serenity, especially peaceful waters in the morning so we could swim and snorkel. Lots of great local restaurants and beaches nearby. A truly wonderful stay, thank you Katia!

Close walking distance to the beach and town. Nice restaurant just down the street. The property was new, clean and free of clutter.

This home is fantastic and I would rather stay a full week than 3 days. Location is what you want, very close to the centre of Palau with restaurants, wine bars, bakeries, supermarkets and the port for boat tours around. Free parking just a minute away. The apartment was super clean and comfortable - ideal for a couple. Kitchen has all the utensils you need for cooking as well. The best feature is the spacious and traditional bedroom and of course the beautiful backyard. Antonello was very friendly with accurate recommendations and responsive to the minute for any queries -he even left us moka coffee and Italian buiscuits as a welcome gift. Check in and out fast and efficient with total autonomy as it should be. One of the best bnbs I have ever stayed, I totally recommend it. Sardegna is beautiful and a stop for a few days in Palau in Antonello's place would be a great choice if you are looking for something more chill but also efficient for exploring around. Beautiful accommodation, Elena is available and very attentive to our well-being. Both in the information and in the small attentions present in his accommodation (coffee, bottle of water, linen that smells very good, as well as shower gel and shampoo available).
