Family-friendly holiday rentals in Porto Pino

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Giorgio’s place was very nice and comfortable for our family stay. The jacuzzi didn’t work w bubbles but isn’t a jacuzzi really (ie doesn’t get hot - maybe that is just an American thing). But we didn’t tell Giorgio this so he wasn’t aware. Feel we were busy w other items anyways. Beaches are close by 10 min drive. Love eurospin grocery store. Cooked in every night and played games w family. Giorgio’s place was big and very comfortable for us! Maybe consider screens if that is a thing in Italy for windows. Couldn’t have windows open due to bugs and got hot in place. Couldn’t figure out main floor split unit. Didn’t tell Giorgio this either

A lovely place to stay for our family, plenty of space indoors and out for the kids to play around in. Pool was great to relax in. Outdoor kitchen and dining area was very pleasant in the evenings. Definitely recommended.

We had a great stay over here. Rita is a great host and very flexible. We only have one recommendation about the airconditioning; in hot periods it would be nice to have one in each room or at least a fan. Furthermore, everything was great!

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

Me & 3 friends had an amazing stay. The villa is spacious and nice. The beds are super comfy and the ceiling fan helped me sleep. The villa is well equipped with everything you need to cook on the hob/oven or BBQ. The sea is a stones throw away. Vittorio was very helpful from start to finish. I would recommend this villa to my friends a s family!

Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

Massimo is an outstanding Host! We encountered some issues independent of Massimo, and he was always available by email or physically on site. She's a warm, welcoming person with one obsession: Your comfort Thank you Massimo ... because we had a great week in a quiet and superb environment. In April the sea is still cold but the landscapes are sumptuous, and the beach 70 m from the cottage is a small jewel. Also check out the beaches on the Chia side... a real little paradise! Good season Massimo ... Looking forward to seeing you again maybe someday Best regards

We had a really nice time there. The house was clean and has a nice terrace. The dogs were so cute and friendly ☺️ Stefano and his son were really nice hosts. I recommend this place to those who want a great accommodation close to the beach.

We had a pleasant stay at Augusto's place. We were warmly welcomed and he gave us lots of tips. He wanted to think along that we definitely took advantage of. Thank you so much Augusto for everything!

Very spacious, extremely comfortable spaces. Easy living in penthouse with wrap around verandah, all sides. Great location, close to old town, Belvedere lookout, marina, etc… nice and easy. Fantastic hosts 🙏, kitchen with everything you need; I highly recommend! Cheers

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. Delicious stay, too short, spent in Anna's apartment which allowed us to discover, on foot, this beautiful and endearing city that is Cagliari. Anna is just as much. With incredible hospitality, she is full of attention to make your stay as pleasant as possible. With it, the key box is not required. She takes the time to welcome her guests personally, in her apartment, which is full of her past and rich in traditional objects. It is a relationship that is created, an exchange that is established, a sharing that is realized. Thank you Anna for giving our Sardinian journey a special flavor that will not leave us, until our next visit, we hope.

Davide was a great host, he was really helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. He gave us loads of good advice before we arrived at the villa. We arrived late at night and we had asked if it would be possible for Davide to buy us some food bits as all supermarkets were shut, he obliged and it was a great help for us. The villa is beautiful, the view is stunning and it feels homely. A car is required if you wish to explore the beaches. The villa is positioned only 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 30 minutes from Villasimius which was ideal for us. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and respectful quiet neighbours.

We had a fantastically beautiful week! The accommodation is extremely clean, a wonderful ambience with a huge and incredibly cozy garden with lots of seating. There is also a huge fruit and vegetable garden, where guests can help themselves - incredible!! The pool is also wonderful! Alice and Giorgia were incredibly nice, they always had an open ear and always had time for us! We got fresh towels for the pool or beach every day; as well as a parasol, lounger, games for the beach, everything very uncomplicated!!! The Italian breakfast, which is included in the price, was also very enjoyable - exactly to our taste. The service staff was always super friendly. Free parking (we had a rental car), beautiful beaches. The adjacent restaurant (upscale cuisine) is absolutely recommended!! You can hear the traffic, but that didn't bother us too much. Dear Alice, dear Giorgia, thank you very much!!!

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

Angela and his wife have built a wonderful place! The photos don’t do justice to this nugget of paradise. You won’t want to go anywhere else and just enjoy the place.

Very beautiful house, quiet. The location is conveniently located for exploring the region. The host and the person who takes care of the house are very responsive: we had a problem and it was resolved within 30 minutes. Excellent!

Dalia is an exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. Recommended for those who want to spend a few days completely disconnecting from their daily lives. Francesco and Giulia

Overall, we had a great stay in Nebida and we definitely recommend this accommodation. Rita was very friendly and the house is beautiful with a stunning view. There are only two points of criticism from our side: Unfortunately, the pool was (very surprisingly for us) only open from 12-15.00, therefore we could not use it with our little daughter (because she either had to sleep or eat during that time). But we don't know if the new opening hours are new or of they change during the high season. Also, we had to wait 1 hour longer to check-in (which was communicated well and friendly on that day but not very easy with a little hungry child that had to vomit after a long drive).
