Welcome to "L'Appartamento del Mare", on the ground floor of the Residence Mare & Memorie, a project born with passion, recently renovated, just 300 meters from the sea. The apartment accommodates up to 4 people, with a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a living area with a sofa bed and a kitchen equipped with everything you need and new and well-kept furnishings. Outside, there is a small private space for breakfast or relaxation. It is the perfect choice for those looking for a quiet vacation between the sea, nature and authenticity.

Franc and Marco - Beachfront Attic Apartment

Newly renovated attic, within walking distance of the sea and the city center. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts to spend your vacation in full relaxation with sea views. It's on the third floor without an elevator. The apartment can comfortably accommodate three people and also has a sofa bed for one additional guest. Among the various comforts offered you will find one coffee per day per guest with a waffle machine, tea, and herbal teas. However, we do not guarantee ironed sheets. :)

The River House: Relax in the Marche's Natural Setting

Wake up to the sound of the river. The River House is a recently renovated farmhouse immersed in the Marche countryside, where time slows down and silence is the true luxury. A large open space with a fully equipped kitchen and living area accommodates up to 8 people. The three double bedrooms guarantee privacy and comfort, with air conditioning and a Smart TV in each room. The two spacious bathrooms complete the picture. Outside, there is a barbecue, a garden, just nature, the open air, and the river.

The old brick farmhouse is located near the historic center. It is spread across two floors. The first floor consists of a large living room, kitchen and a bathroom and the second floor consists of 3 furnished and comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all for the exclusive use of guests. There is a garden and an olive grove with 70 olive trees. The farmhouse is also 10 km away from the sea. There is a beautiful pool to relax in 😍 This is the official listing to ask for info. Air-conditioned attic 100 meters from the sea

Open-space attic of about 80 square meters. The building has 3 floors with an elevator, and the attic is reached by a flight of stairs. Inside, there is a living area with a dining table, a kitchen with a coffee machine and a microwave oven, a TV, and a sofa bed. The double bed is near the terrace overlooking the sea and in summer is set up with a table and chairs. The bathroom has a new shower, washing machine and sink. The area is well served and the beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
