We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four family plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean swimming pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back within a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. In the kitchen, there were basic food products to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

perfect accommodation. everything you need and a beautiful and well-kept garden. Air conditioning in both bedrooms was worth the money. Everything worked well, was clean and pleasant. A small, enclosed settlement where children could play outside without problems and dangers. Just be aware that mosquitoes are on the move. The next town is a 10-minute walk away and offers a beautiful atmosphere and good restaurants.

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delicious, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

Mini apartment equipped with everything you need to spend your holiday in total relaxation. The area, surrounded by greenery, is very quiet, in a fairly shaded area. The sea is 15 minutes away on foot and easily accessible. A note of merit for also accepting pets in the apartment. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Comfy bed with topper. Very nice bathroom equipped with washing machine, hairdryer and courtesy kit. We found everything we needed for daily cleaning, which is not a given. Although we had a problem with the internet connection, Emma and Davide proved to be very proactive and helped us. Very good Davide and Paolo for the help shown for each of our requests. Highly recommended.

Close to shops, etc. by car. 15 minutes by car to the sea. Large spaces both inside and out. Very nice and personal. Wonderful pool area. 4 toilets and showers.

House full of charm, wonderful nature, priceless view, the vacation you would like to do again and again. Thanks to Francesco for his kindness and discretion. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you to complete relaxation. The property is flawless, with attention to every detail from the garden, to the cottages, to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best possible way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

Great accommodation. Beautiful house and friendly and helpful host. Even though the host lives in the house, we did not see or hear him, it was very comfortable. We did not use the living room downstairs, we moved a small sofa to the kitchen and moved the table, it was convenient. The Internet is not very fast, but if you put the router in the kitchen to the window, then there is enough signal to watch online TV.

Wow!! What a beautiful place. We had a very relaxing stay at La càna. The location is amazing and peaceful. Paola was very accomodating and provided lots of suggestions for exploring the surrounding region. Her family (including x3 dogs) were very friendly but also respectful of our space and privacy. Wine, tart and fruit on arrival was appreciated after driving to our destination. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, walking through the vineyards and exploring / eating at the surrounding towns. It was also nice to cook for ourselves at La càna a couple of nights and enjoy the beautiful view. Highly recommend!

The description is exactly at the house. Lots of privacy. Fantastic view. Very clean and very friendly host. Warmly welcomed upon arrival and a clear explanation. There are two real booklets made with tips to do in the area. Furthermore, the private chef is highly recommended. Super good food and learned a lot about Italian cuisine. Patience with cooking is the magic word. Simple, but oh so tasty. Luca is a really friendly chef. The house is cozily furnished with all amenities. We were able to enjoy the garden and pool (partly because of the very nice weather). Despite the time of the year and water temperature 18 degrees, we regularly sat around the pool and were able to have a drink and swim. We can't wait to go again. The apartment is as described, with a modern bathroom and everything you need, even in the kitchen (breakfast for a couple of days was guaranteed) It is on the second floor and the stairs are slightly steep with narrow landings but for us it was not a problem (a little movement is good) We used the terrace in the evening to dine, even if you have to go up another flight of stairs to bring up what you need, but after the excellent fish-based lunches on the waterfront, the dinners were light. You don't get to enjoy the view, but you do get a fresh and pleasant breeze, at least during our stay Dino was full of advice, always diligent, and lent us his bicycles, which were very useful for getting around the long cycle paths in the area. We have reached Grottammare Alta and Marano (Cupra Alta), which are really beautiful. In the evening, leaving the house, you could reach the main street in two minutes, which was lively and had many bars We liked San Benedetto (even the oldest part), we hope to return

We liked everything. The apartment is pretty big and looks even better in person than in the photos. It was comfortable for a weeklong stay.

Alessia was a joy to work with. She was super responsive and helpful the entire time we were there. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again!

Thank you for this great stay! Unfortunately, we were only there for one night and were sad when we had to leave, because we would have liked to stay longer. The accommodation is super equipped and very clean, you just feel right at home! The bed was so good and comfortable that we slept incredibly restfully for 11 hours without interruption:) The view and the property are really something special and extremely quiet, perfect for true relaxation and to let the soul wander. Our personal highlight was the fireflies we could watch on the property late in the evening and Joy, the farm dog, who is incredibly sweet and well-behaved. We were perfectly cared for by André and Valentina. They were very likeable and extremely helpful. We really felt very comfortable and would like to come back :)

Gianluca is an impeccable host, from check-in to check-out, he is always present if you need him. The only difference compared to the listing is that the parking space is NOT inside the courtyard but is available (you can find it if you look well at the right times) on Via Pola. This discrepancy was immediately explained to me very kindly by Mr. Giancluca because there is NO way, on how the Airbnb site is set up, to enter the existing parking option if not choosing the internal option. Anyway, fabulous location because you are in the center, next to the station, next to both promenades (north and south of Civitanova) and the free beaches available in addition to the numerous clubs and bathrooms. Highly recommended. P.S. Must: breakfast on the balcony facing east.

Lovely place in the countryside to visit all the attractions around it. A step away from the city after a busy day out......a tranquil retreat. Matteo and his lovely wife had provided a lovely welcoming bottle of wine for when we arrived. An extra bonus in our opinion would be a toaster and a kettle....(now remember we're from New Zealand.....lol😁)

This was our favorite place to stay in Europe the hosts were accommodating and stored our extra luggage while we went to Rome and Naples, very nice comfortable stay.

Niki is a really friendly person, available for everything. New apartment, very clean and with everything you need, even a beach umbrella to go to the beach! A cute and well-kept garden. Strategic location just a stone's throw from all services and the historic center. The garage of extreme comfort! What can I say, my partner and I can't wait to go back!!
