We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

Apartment in front of the beach, both free and equipped, cycling and pedestrian promenade and a 5-minute drive to the center of Senigallia. Everything as in the description, we'll be back

We had a great time in this beautiful home overlooking the Marche hills. The interior spaces are large, the pool is super refreshing and spacious, the view for us who are in the city was beautiful. The large kitchen, as well as the living room. We were warm in the rooms because there is no air conditioning but only fans, but August was hot everywhere and at least we had the pool to dive in. We found the pantry full of delicacies for breakfast and also eggs, fruits and vegetables from the garden from which you can draw. We were highly recommended about restaurants. The bathrooms are 2 plus a service one, while the listing shows that it is 3.5; however, it was not a problem for us.

The experience at Mr. Sergio's apartment was very positive. The flexibility in check-in time was much appreciated, as was the host's kindness and availability. The property, located in the heart of the historic center, is spacious, on two levels and perfectly combines the old with the modern. The ground floor houses a cozy living area with equipped kitchen and bathroom, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The double bed, in particular, is extremely comfortable, thanks to the mattress and very soft pillows. The panoramic view from the windows is simply enchanting, offering an oasis of tranquility and direct contact with nature. The location is strategic: parking is easily available in the immediate vicinity, ensuring convenient access to the apartment. Overall, I highly recommend this place to those looking for a quiet and quaint place. I'll definitely be back!

We had a beautiful vacation at Lucianos Place. On the first day he personally greeted us and walked us around the apartment and how everything worked. He had made a list of the best spots in town and the region so we didn't even have to plan on we're to go or what to do because of the great recommendations. There are so many great things to say about this Airbnb. The host is responsive, helpful, and kind! Me and my girlfriend were so happy we chose to stay here during our stay in Ancona. We could walk to the grocery store (3 min walk), go enjoy the port (1 min), or walk to the shopping area (10 min). We totally recommend for anyone to stay here to fully experience Ancona and everything it has to offer.

We stayed two weeks in this apartment I can only say that the level of hospitality is really rare! There's all the essentials in the house. In addition, Valter and Daniela offer you everything you need for a great breakfast and a wonderful bread from the L'Aquila. I had a thoroughly successful two-week stay in the apartment in Numana. The apartment was very clean, quiet and surrounded by gardens – perfect for relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the morning sunrises on the balcony. The host Simone was extremely friendly and helpful. His tips on the surroundings were very valuable – whether it was beaches, restaurants or excursions into nature. Everything worked smoothly. A big plus for me was the cordoned-off area directly in front of the apartment, where I could safely park my mountain bike. The proximity to the sea was ideal: numerous beautiful beaches were within walking distance, and the towns of Numana and Sirolo also impressed with their charm. For mountain bike fans, the nearby Monte Conero offers fantastic routes and breathtaking views. I highly recommend it and would come back anytime.

Loved staying in this clean, well decorated apartment with lots of amenities. Check in was very smooth. All our needs (including parking) we taken care of. Anna was very responsive to whatever questions we had. Great location- recommend this stay.

The property is in a great location as a starting point for trekking. The area is quiet, Nadia and her family are super available, and breakfast with homemade products is a must try. We'll definitely be back!

It can't be more Italian. We lived 2 days in a beautiful villa from 1850 on a hill between the worth visiting Ascoli Piceno, a young lively city. and .. the Adriatic Sea, St. Benedetto. We dropped some plans to have as much time in the villa as possible. Leonardo and Vincenzo are extremely gracious and thoughtful hosts. And they made us feel free to move around the house and in the beautiful garden. We spent wonderful hours in the salon and on the spacious terrace where we even danced.. For friends of a time trip to the 19th century... We loved it. Thank you

Our stay was very pleasant thanks to Laura's kindness and availability and the comfort of the accommodation. The location is great, it allows you to get to the beaches in 10 minutes by car, or to visit the beautiful surrounding villages. We really enjoyed the abundant and varied breakfast as well as the fresh fruit, always available. Laura also gave us useful tips on places and places to eat.
