The house has a separate entrance and consists of a kitchen connected to the large living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has a small storage room with a washing machine and a balcony. The interior has been recently renovated with fine finishes and furnishings that combine modern furniture with original elements from the 1960s.

The villa, shared with other apartments, is in a beautiful place: I think one of the best views of the Argentario. The home matches expectations and images. It is good for couples or families with children (parties or lively evenings would be incompatible with the tranquility and coexistence rules of the building). It has a very effective air conditioning system in the rooms (and this August was very useful). Access to the sea is quite easy and allows you to snorkel nearby or even, swimming a little, to swim to the equipped beach of Pozzarello (the best beaches are Tuscany Bay and Il Tramonto alla Giannella - 15 min by car, or La Zonca alla Feniglia - 20 min by car, or La Dogana or L'Ultima Beach in Capalbio - 40 min by car). Massimiliana is very proactive and precise and maintains the well-being of guests. In general, a beautiful and relaxing vacation.

Marisa had a very good spot to host, great parking. Beautiful spacious place, clean and a short walk to the beach. Air conditioning keeps up to the heat and complimentary coffee was appreciated. Quick drive to Porto Santo Stefano for dining and shopping.

This is probably the best house I’ve stayed in during my two years in Italy. From the balcony, you can see the blue sea, and the house has everything we could possibly need—it’s also extremely clean. What touched me the most was the warmth and thoughtfulness of Elena and her daughter; they reminded me of the neighbors and friends from my hometown. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful journey!

The perfect house! Why? Beauty of nature and landscape, strategic location, privacy, external and internal services, cleanliness, kitchen equipment (including barbecue), availability, kindness of Annamaria and Marcello. Everything exceeded expectations and was better than the photos. The house is so cozy that you could stay there for days without leaving. We are golfers and enjoyed the proximity to Argentario golf. We also took advantage of Annamaria's valuable tips regarding beaches, restaurants and boat rides with Paolo, a lovable sailor with whom we saw otherwise unreachable beaches and took unforgettable baths on the high seas. In short, 10 wonderful days, a holiday of absolute relaxation surrounded by the beauty of nature. Don't miss out on this opportunity.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment behind, with two beds and two bathrooms, equipped with a new kitchen and everything you need in accordance with the description. The situation and parking are also very convenient, allowing you to discover the region easily. We really appreciated the very nice terrace to eat and relax outside, and the large and beautiful garden with direct access to the beach in front of the house. fantastic stay, always responsive and helpful host, the location of the house is within walking distance of the sea and offers a beautiful view of the sea. Once the car is parked (there are several free parking lots) you no longer need to take it. It's all within a 10/15 minute walk( bars, ice cream shop, souvenir ect)
