Our stay (my and my partner's) was very positive, much of the credit was the host Marco. Very kind person, very helpful and always oriented to the well-being of his guests, he made us feel at home. The place is also very convenient to access Feniglia beach, thanks also to the use of bicycles made available by Marco. Great experience, considering this was the first year Marco started hosting guests through airbnb, things are sure they can only improve! 5 stars :)

Independent apartment, very clean, spacious, equipped with all services and with a large terrace where you can have breakfast, sunbathe and admire the view. Nestled in the fields, the place is quiet and calm, an excellent refuge for visiting the beautiful surroundings. Very, very kind and helpful hosts, full of care and advice. Super-recommended address!!

Amazing place, view and location. Perfect in every way. Kind, helpful and welcoming host. The island is beautiful and everything you need is right around the corner. Such a relaxing place with lots of beautiful nearby beaches and nice hiking routes. Can definitely recommend this accommodation and Giglio Island.

Ginevra is a very careful host, always looking to take care of you whatever happens, you will feel very supported !

Paola and Andrew are two simple people, handy and very helpful. They welcomed me and my little Rocco (a little dog) making us feel at home. A place immersed in the Lazio Maremma countryside, where the only noises are those of animals and nature in general. Close to the sea and great as a starting point for many places to visit. Highly recommended for those looking for a few days of escape from the chaos of the city. Great hosts!!!

What a fabulous place - if you want to escape from it all, this is the place to come! Love the private pool too! Air conditioning in the bedroom was very good and appreciated. Olga and Max were very accommodating and answered questions very quickly. Maybe consider installing a BBQ outside the house otherwise could not fault it and we cannot wait to return!

Massimiliano's place is in a really beautiful space, you'll feel outside surrounded by cows hammocks and a spectacular pool. Massimiliano is a very attentive host and I highly recommend staying here

Ilaria’s villa is a comfortable and stylish base from which to explore all the wonders that Maremma has to offer. We are a family of four, and after a couple of weeks in Italy, the kids were craving home-cooked meals, so we spent several hours in the kitchen and dining areas. It was delightful to cook while listening to the kids having fun in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and inviting. The villa is conveniently located near the old town center and several supermarkets. Since we were keen to visit Porto Ercole, Alberese, and Saturnia, we didn’t dedicate as much time to Grosseto as we should have. The old center has a very mellow vibe, and everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. We wished we could have stayed longer. Finally, I want to say a big thank you to Ilaria for being so accommodating and kind. We are already looking forward to returning to your place.

Bright and cozy house exactly as shown in the photographs and description. Functional kitchen and spacious and well-disposed spaces. Clean and modern bathrooms. Terrace with sea view and fantastic views at every hour of the day and night, we were mesmerized! Quiet and relaxing setting within the Cala Moresca consortium that we already knew but was able to amaze us again with the well-kept and very clean common spaces for the amazing pool set in the rocks with an attached descent to the crystal clear sea. Top! Finally, a delightful and very helpful owner who made us feel at home. Absolutely repeatable.

My husband and I stayed two nights in the Chestnut Dryer of the Podere di Maggio. What can I say? A real paradise: nestled in a wonderful valley with Mount Amiata in front of it and the beautiful medieval village of Santa Fiora. We could not ask for more: wonderful structure, well cared for, in detail, priceless peace. The hosts were great, hospitable, and really made us feel at home. In short, everything is perfect, nothing is missing, of course you have to love bucolic life like us ! The only downside? Two nights were too short and we'll definitely be back . The house is very clean and simple but conveniently furnished. The access leads the last kilometer over a natural road, which is also easily accessible without an SUV. To mention is the absolute tranquility and the many forest paths, which can be used perfectly for jogging, hiking or mountain biking. The highlight, however, is the pool, which was exclusively available to us. The sea and various beaches (sand or stone) can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Margeritha is always available if there are any issues or questions and helps quickly and unbureaucratically. (Broken washing machine was replaced within a few hours) All in all, an absolutely positive experience

We loved our stay here! We traveled with our 2 children and they absolutely loe grounds and especially watching the farming being done. It is such a charming spot and close to plenty of towns with plenty to do!

Perfect spot for a Tuscany experience. Nicely located between two friendly villages with fantastic restaurants and any supplies that you may need. The swimming pool was well maintained by Luciano and was used by us multiple times a day, for our group it was a highlight of the property. We all came away very happy with our stay and would totally recommend staying at this property.

We have just finished a wonderful vacation. The house is a gem, perfect for a couple. The kitchen has everything you need, the room is comfortable, not to mention the garden, really nice and well-kept. Stefano was an attentive and friendly host, he gave us useful advice both on the surroundings and on the restaurants. We had to change the dates slightly and he was immediately available to meet us. We can only recommend this stay.

Good location close to the city. Convenient parking and public charging for EVs nearby. Also close to several beaches to explore by car or bike.

An adorable beach house! Stayed there with 6 of us which was comfortable with the large balcony. A walk to the beach and a short drive into the beautiful Porto Ercole which is where we had dinner most nights. Thanks for having us to stay.

We have found a small oasis at Martina's! The time on La Retomada was unique and really beautiful. We felt very comfortable with Martina, she provided us with everything we needed and gave us valuable tips for exploring the area. Thanks to her, we visited many organic producers and enjoyed the sun on the most beautiful beaches. The farewell came far too soon, but we will definitely come back!

Great place with a fantastic host! We stayed four night with our 3y old son and had a great timein the area. Please listen to Elena’s instruction and get an appropriate car because of the house location but do t worry it is OK to get here.

Family vacation (4 pers.) at the end of August 2024: Wonderful location, very quiet and private. Exceptional is the large property where you can find a nice, shaded place to rest and enjoy at any time of the day! The bay below the house is very popular, but you can easily go there in the morning and evening if you want to escape the hustle and bustle. The furnishings of the house are sometimes a little older but functionally fine. The communication with Isabella worked flawlessly, and she took care of minor issues right away. The journey is via a quite narrow, winding access road - no problem with careful driving, but of course it takes some time for you to arrive in the next place (shopping, eating out). The house is very well suited for a family with 3-4 children, for 2 families the division of beds/ rooms is rather unfavorable. Absolutely recommended to anyone who loves privacy and nature! Thanks Isabella! It was beautiful.

Lovely apartment with a large terrace, amazing view. Terrace equipped with awnings, very enjoyable. Quiet house. Porto Santo Stefano with shops, bars and restaurants reachable in 5 minutes by stairs.

Great location, sea view, close to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. The host was very kind, responded quickly and accompanied us to go around the place. She explained to us what was close by depending on the activities we had planned. A small negative, the place was dirty. Dusty floor and furniture full of seeds. The shower had a lot of mold and left a pretty special smell in the apartment. Other than that, very nice stay, we loved it!
