We love the location and the apartment, a very safe condominium. Everything is close by, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants. The beach is easy to access. Everything matched the host's ad. I highly recommend it and we will definitely come back .

The house faithfully corresponds to the listing. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, easy access. Super easy and attentive communication, it is right next to the Square to get by car. A great cost benefit for those who like Trancoso.

Great stay. The apartment, very comfortable, well decorated, with appearance of "house of us", extremely functional and equipped. The location is strategic, both for the trendiest beaches/bars and downtown. There are supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pharmacies nearby. The condominium is very safe, it is because they are few units, it becomes easy to know the other users. The owners were very receptive and malleable. Nanci is very available in all contacts by phone and Aelson, who welcomed us, very friendly and made himself available to him. Surely the accommodation will be on our return list. Cristian was very kind, he welcomed us very well, gave us important information about the place and always good. The place is very nice, it is taken care of, the pool is always clean, a quiet and well located place. The only thing to propose as an improvement is that the apartment only has air conditioning in the room, but in the living room dining room (where two people can sleep comfortably) I only had a ceiling fan, we had to ask Cristian for a foot fan because with the fan and the air on from the room it was still hot the living room and you could not sleep well, but then it improved a lot with that. Finally, we were touched by an apartment that overlooked the street and the truth was very noisy from 5:30 AM. Everything else was excellent and recommended

Undoubtedly an excellent accommodation! Property with all the necessary items for comfort. Complete with utensils and appliances! Excellent quality towels, linen and mattress. Apartment with a very tasteful decor, clean and very functional. Very good air conditioning and TVs. Location for those who press for rest and safety. Differentiated by having barbecue in the private space. Very beautiful and huge pool. Wilson always available and helpful, made no effort to meet us and with quick responses. It is a great option for those who want to stay in Arraial D'Ajuda Tudo Show!!

it was very nice to know the region. The place is very nice as described in the listing and I would say that even a little more is on the beach floor, which I considered one of the best here in the region, especially for those with children, not to mention the swimming pool that is on site, which is very well cared for by the employees, unfortunately we are unable to enjoy it well because it rained a lot on the days we came but getting to know the region was very worth it, we will certainly come back on another opportunity ( a tip for those who come for the first time as there is a red Crown market that works during the day and another in a safe harbor that works at night with a wonderful steak that is worth visiting) we will be back another opportunity for sure.

It was an incredible experience, the house is wonderful and cozy, MUCH more beautiful than the photos show. The condominium is so peaceful! Super safe, the concierge works 24 hours. About 15 minutes from the center of Arraial, 4 minutes of which is on a dirt road (excellent road), we went by car so it was super quiet. The kitchen is complete, only the stove oven was not working, but we used the microwave a lot. The service area was super useful, we used the washing machine to wash clothes, there is a floor clothesline, iron and ironing board. The bathrooms are beautiful and even have a hair dryer. The air conditioning in the room dripped a little water on the floor when it was at a very low temperature, but we managed to keep the house at a nice temperature without any problems. We stayed 6 nights and felt at home and whenever we return to Arraial we will plan to stay there. It's impossible to stay and not fall in love with the place.

I loved my stay, the AP was impeccable, everything clean, Beth who received us very polite and Gentle always willing to help us. The neighborhood is residential and has a great neighborhood. I really like to go back for sure.

I really liked the accommodation, the street is half strange, the more it is close to the beach, to go on foot, there was no communication with the reception of the residential, because the pool has a day of cleaning and was not informed. It passed the wrong password of the wi-fi to us, we spent 3 days using our mobile data, until we informed Deane and she quickly resolved and passed the password correctly. apart from that, just compliments, clean and organized flet and recommend it.

Location is the same as in the photos. It has a swimming pool, TV in the living rooms and bedrooms, bathrooms in good condition and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator and cutlery, as well as a laundry area. The house accommodates five people, which was my case, and I believe a few more if needed. The only point that left something to be desired for me was the cell phone signal that did not work inside the house and the internet signal that is good only in the living room, other than that it was perfect. If a router were installed inside the house to repeat the signal, I believe it would solve it.

My experience in the stay was just amazing! The location is excellent, with easy access to the beaches, bars and all the local shops — all close by, which made our tours very easy. The site is super secure, with electronic gate and properly identified access, which gave us a lot of peace throughout the trip. The apartment is complete, well organized and super functional. A special highlight goes to the washing machine, which made all the difference: we were able to get back from the trip with everything clean and organized! In addition, the water temperature, both in the showers and in the pool, was always pleasant, providing comfort in the moments of rest. And the right freezing air conditioner was a wonderful relief after the hot beach days. The host also deserves praise: always very attentive, passed all the necessary guidance and was available whenever we needed it. Surely, a stay that exceeded expectations!!!!!

Our stay was perfect. The Mutá beach is delicious, warm water and calm. It is 15km from Porto Seguro, and the highway to the city has a lot of traffic in full periods, but we were looking for a place without a lot of muvuca, so it was great. The condominium is very cozy, and the apartment was clean and organized. Overall, I highly recommend!
