Casa Pineta è immersa in un bosco di pini marittimi di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia di Marina di Campo. Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

Casa Zagara è una piccola casa rosa ristrutturata di recente, con un grazioso e profumato giardino degli aranci , contornato da mura antiche. Si trova a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia di Capobianco (1,1 km), Sottobomba (350 metri) e a 1,9 km dal centro di Portoferraio. Ideale per famiglie con bambini o coppie. In zona partono percorsi trekking ed è possibile passeggiare all'interno della proprietà fino ad una meravigliosa uliveta dove ad ottobre si può osservare la raccolta delle nostre olive.

On Padulella there is also a private access and a shelter for seaside stuffs. Panoramic terrace with sea view and balcony; table tennis;private parking. In the range of 1 km there is the town center of Portoferraio with bars and restsursnt.Portoferraio is the biggest town of the island. We prefere rent for 7 nights(whole week) to families or couple over 25.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability
