Casa nel Bosco in Seccheto, an oasis of peace

Casa nel Bosco, 2 km from Seccheto (the last km is unpaved), 6 minutes by car, is located in an amphitheater 200 meters above sea level, in an oasis of peace and silence. In the large outdoor spaces, there is a hot tub made with granite stones from the area, hammocks, sunbeds and a path inside the property that winds through centuries-old holm oaks. Casa Zagara è una piccola casa rosa ristrutturata di recente, con un grazioso e profumato giardino degli aranci , contornato da mura antiche. Si trova a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia di Capobianco (1,1 km), Sottobomba (350 metri) e a 1,9 km dal centro di Portoferraio. Ideale per famiglie con bambini o coppie. In zona partono percorsi trekking ed è possibile passeggiare all'interno della proprietà fino ad una meravigliosa uliveta dove ad ottobre si può osservare la raccolta delle nostre olive.

Abbiamo voluto creare un ambiente tipico delle isole..semplice e dai colori chiari ma con l’attenzione ai dettagli per garantirvi il miglior soggiorno possibile. Perfetta sia per una coppia che per una famiglia con due bambini, casa etrusca dispone di un letto matrimoniale e due poltrone letto. Bagno con doccia e una cucina attrezzata, con piastra a induzione e un fornetto/friggitrice ad aria.

Sito nella campagna limitrofa a Portoferraio, The Bee House gode di una bellissima vista sul Golfo di Portoferraio. Sono disponibili parcheggio e giardino privati, zona pranzo e zona relax all'esterno; il tutto circondato da un impianto freezanz con prodotti naturali che vi permetterà di godervi il giardino senza zanzare! Io, la mia famiglia e il nostro pastore svizzero (libero nella proprietà) abitiamo al piano superiore e saremo felici di accogliervi a casa nostra.

Casa Anto, Ristrutturata completamente nel 2025, è composta da un soggiorno non oscurabile con cucina completa e con divano letto, da due camere con letti matrimoniali e da due bagni, di cui uno riservato ad una camera. Si accede alla casa da una scale esterna. La pergola esterna è arredata con tavolo e sedie/sdraio La spiaggia, distante circa 250 metri, è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. La casa dispone di un giardino, con prato, riservato di 200mq ca.
