Annalisa was an extremely friendly, committed and flexible hostess who accommodated us more than once. We had a relaxing break in Calasetta during the off-season. The apartment was equipped with the most important things. The only thing that bothered us was the bed, which squeaked and was a little too soft for our taste. Otherwise, we had a wonderful vacation. The bay in Calasetta was beautiful and the village looked like a picturesque sleepy fishing village in mid-September. Our tips: Spiaggia Coaquaddus and Spiaggia le Saline. Our stay Max and Davide’s apartment was lovely. The flat is clean, much bigger than expected and nicely decorated. The location is perfect for accessing town and the beach and on a quiet street. Our communication with Max was very good and he had gave us loads of recommendations and tips, and he let us leave our bags in a locked room after checkout when we had a late flight.

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Vera's friendly manner and her helpfulness with any questions or her tips for excursions were also great. Overall, a very nice and highly recommended stay. Thank you, Vera! :-)

Stayed in Cagliari for the first time, half on vacation, half working, and Massimo’s place was the perfect home to do that in. It’s located just a couple blocks from the bus and train stations, while also only being just a couple blocks from the main city square. The view overlooking the tree lined park was relaxing and the apartment itself immediately felt like home. The WiFi worked great, even for video calls. As a solo female travel for this trip, I felt incredibly safe too. Plenty of people walking around in the evening, and the building itself was well secured. Massimo was a very organized and proactive host. The flexible self check in was especially appreciated. If I ever return to Cagliari, I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a lovely time at Pietro s flat . The terrace is absolutely stunning - feels like being on the deck of a ship , sailing. Beautiful big sky by day and by night . - the flat is well equipped: the kitchen has everything you need. The beach is clean and there are several beach restaurants to go to for food , coffee or ice cream . A Great place to swim , relax and do nothing :)

The apartment is super nice and very new. The location is great for walking to the village. There is also enough parking space in front of the house, where you can park for free. Communication with Francesco was excellent! We were able to ask him anything and he was quick to respond. He was also able to give us tips for restaurants.

we stayed in the house for 5 nights with two children and dog and felt very comfortable. Despite the wind and weather, you have a good opportunity to eat and linger on the terrace. We had our bikes with us and were able to explore the surrounding beaches. Also worth mentioning are the comfortable beds and the beautiful bathroom. Overall, a very good mix of old and new!

It is one of the best place if you are planning a trip to Sardinia. The house is cleaned and you can find a lot of things that can be useful thoughout your stay. For example, various board games. The owner of the house is really kind and nice person. We were getting messages and replies fast. We recommend this place

Clean, spacious, quiet, bright and sunny apartment. The east-facing roof terrace is a plus for breakfast in the sun with sea views and views of the boats in the small port. The detached villa is located directly at the beach and thus has a great location. The view of the sea every morning was outstanding. The beach section right in front of the house is clean and quiet. The welcome by Laura, Marco's mother, was very warm and welcoming (Sardinian sweets, sparkling wine and ice cream as a welcome greeting). Communication with Marco and Laura was straightforward and friendly. The amenities and spaces have exceeded the description and pictures in the ad. The garden furniture has been renewed, for example, and the rooms are brighter and friendlier than on the pictures. The equipment of the house is excellent: a kayak, loungers for the garden, a warm outdoor shower, the kitchen was also very well equipped - only a dishwasher we missed something. We had a group of 10 people (2 children) and found room in the property. Thanks so much for a great week! We would come back any time!

Wake up to a water view in a comfy, family home. This house has everything you need - kitchen is well equipped, couches were comfy, proximity to the water was excellent and the hosts were kind and responsive.

We had a lovely time at this airbnb! It has everything you need and is really close to the beach 😊 It's a very friendly area w nice neighbors and their pets, including a little cat called Oreo. Graziella was very kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend and we would love to come again!

I never met Patrizia in person, but she responded quickly to questions and problems. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the view was fantastically beautiful. There are beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation is quite remote and a vehicle is highly recommended. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things to cook for yourself. Had problems with the WiFi, but Patrizia reacted quickly and made it work again. Thank you Patrizia!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

Really nice place. We loved the view, the terrace, the jacuzzi and the grill. The furnitures and every little detail in the house completed our stay, so nice and beautiful. Noemi was so helpful and kind. Parking is no problem. We were a little surprised that the neighbours were so close, but it was not a problem at all. A quiet area and we almost didn't see or hear them. We will for sure be back. We traveled a family at four with 2 young adults, for 14 days. Really nice stay in a beautiful and clean house, love it.
