Overlooking The South Downs on the South Cycle Route ,in close proximity to Bosham, Chichester, and the sandy beaches of The Witterings is the annex to Oak House. On offer is a converted barn, containing 2 double bedrooms bathroom sitting room and fully equipped kitchen with self service breakfast included. Please be advised that the staircase is quite steep but there is a banister and stair gate. if required. Guests can see the animals in fields the goats live off the end of the small garden

The Bay Tree, in central Chichester, has been up and running for just over 7 years. The property was given a complete 'make-over' when we moved in, with the addition of a brand new kitchen. Set in the grounds of a Grade II listed thatched cottage on the edge of Kings Worthy village, our annex is beautifully decorated and comfortable. With its own entrance and small private outdoor area, this property combines rural charm and handy local amenities (bus stop just outside to central Winchester and fantastic local pub just a two minute walk away). Tea and coffee are provided as well as breakfast cereals, bread/butter and fruit jams.

Double room in a beautiful rural cottage

Tucked away down a lane surrounded by woods and fields and yet only a 15 minute drive from the heart of the beautiful city of Winchester, this is the perfect rural retreat to relax and explore the South Downs National Park. Please note breakfast consists of coffee, teas, orange juice, toast, jams and honey, cornflakes or muslei, yoghurt and fruit.
