Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Porvoo

We had a wonderful one night stay at Veronica’s place. We loved the sauna and the atmosphere in the cottage in candle and moonlight, sitting by the fire. The cottage is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. There are other cottages nearby but it felt private and the view of the sea is beautiful. The grounds are rather difficult to get around and of course you have to be prepared for the lack of electricity or running water - but we knew that in advance. Water and firewood were well stocked, which was great. We would love to come back sometime!

We chose this location as it really suited it's proximity to relatives who live locally. The accommodation itself is stunning, modern, well laid out and is perfect for a friends/family occasion with itsopen plan lounge/kitchen which includes a large kitchen island with stools, a large kitchen table and chairs and plenty of sofa room. Additionally there is enough space to "escape" for a while for quiet time. I can't say enough about this beautiful place.

Peaceful location. Convenient distance to the old town in Porvoo. Friendly host, very clean and well-equipped accommodation.

Our family trip to this place went well. Porvoo's old town, sights and restaurants were within walking distance. It was great that the host responded quickly to our questions. We highly recommend this home!

Wool in a peaceful area. Beautifully renovated house with a very good taste, within walking distance of Porvoo's old town. It was nice to enjoy the evening sun on the terrace in the yard. Everything in the house was thought out to the last detail.

We had a very pleasant stay for two nights with family friends. Ulf was very helpful and friendly, and his communication was top notch. The place and area is very lovely and cozy. The kids enjoyed it as well. :)

The apartment is beautiful and guests are welcome. A small minus for the synthetic fiber sheets, which were sweaty. Otherwise, a great find!

We absolutely loved our stay. The AirBnB was so cozy. It was equipped with everything you need. It was really quiet and just what we needed after the travels from Berlin to Finland

Everything went well with the host. Good instructions for arrival and parking. Free parking nearby is really good. Arriving late at night was easy, as access with codes was easy. The location of the apartment is great, close to the riverbank and easily accessible when arriving in the city. Grocery stores and all the most important services and attractions in Porvoo are within walking distance. The apartment was really neat and included everything you needed. In addition, there was a small snack and coffee, which was also a plus. I recommend and will stay again if needed. Thanks Peter!

Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Kitchen is super equipped and everything else is wonderful! The old town is super accessible on foot. We especially liked the outside seating area!

We enjoyed our stay at Jessika’s place. A baby travelled with us and the apartment was absolutely comfortable and for him and for adults. Amazing location, very clear instructions, comfortable place. The curtains were thick enough to make the room dark at night and the mattress was very comfortable. Walking distance to markets and the city center. Jessika was very responsive and attentive. The place is 100% recommended!

We stayed in an apartment with our family and the apartment was in an ideal area! Walking distance to the sights of Porvoo, as well as by car, it was easy to get around both Porvoo and Helsinki area. The apartment itself is clean and cozy, the area is peaceful! The welcome was friendly, plus a big benefit of free parking. Highly recommend!

Eija's place is located in a quiet place near the Porvoo river and only a couple of blocks from the market square. The instructions were clear and Eija responded to messages quickly.
