Nichée sur la falaise, à l’entrée du port du Legué, ma maison de 85m2 vous invitera à vivre au gré des marées. Orientée plein sud, vous serez éblouis par les levés de soleil et inondés de lumière. Que ce soit sous le solepar temps gris, sous la pluie ou la tempête, la vue de la maison offre un spectacle toujours surprenant, parfois époustouflant. Les amoureux de balades pourrons empreinter le GR34 et découvrir la baie de St-Brieuc. La maison n’est pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

La mer est accessible à pied et le GR 34 passe devant la maison. Si vous cherchez la tranquillité, vous êtes au bon endroit. La maison est entièrement équipée pour que vous vous sentiez chez vous, même en vacances. Enfin, le jardin entretenu et fleuri vous invitera à la détente.

Ty mam goz (la maison de mamie en français) est une ancienne maison de pêcheur entièrement rénovée et équipée. Son séjour lumineux s'ouvre sur une terrasse et un jardin au sud et sur une baie à l'ouest qui offre une vue panoramique sur l'anse de Beauport et son abbaye. Ce séjour est doté d'un petit poêle à bois susceptible d'agrémenter les journées ou les soirées plus fraîches. Vous y vivrez au rythme des marées dans le plus grand confort.

Gîte for 4 people 79 m², located in a small hamlet at the end of a cul-de-sac, not overlooked. Old farmhouse renovated in June 2019. Large 800 m² garden and 300 m² gravel courtyard fully enclosed and secure for children. You can enjoy the calm of the countryside, and the beaches of PLOUHA, (16 km) ST QUAY (21 km) Embarcadère ILE DE BREHAT (33 km). Hiking trail 300 m away, supermarket 6 km away in GUINGAMP, train station 8 km away.

Farmhouse adjoining our home, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside, 1 km from the Rennes – Brest axis, 4 km from Guingamp city center, 30 minutes from the beaches. The accommodation includes: - on the ground floor: a 30 m2 living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, shower room; - upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds 140 and 160, a library area with desk. The beds are made on arrival. We provide towels and tea towels.
