Josip et sa fille Tina sont d'une gentillesse, ils répondent à toutes vos questions, leur logement est impeccable tout le mobilier est neuf, extrêment propre et il y a tout d'utile. La vue sur l'étang est magnifique, le petit cadeau de bienvenue est un véritable plus pour vous montrer qu'ils sont là pour vous. Place de parking privé. Merci encore une fois à tout les 2.

Super Host und super Location! Sauber, gemütlich . Alles was man braucht zu Fuß erreichbar: Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Markt, Fischmarkt, Strand. Šime und seiner Frau waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei jedem Wusch. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Familie Artes.

Total herzliche Gastgeber, wunderschönes Appartement ruhige Lage - 2 Minuten zu Fuß am Beach. Wir (meine Tochter und ich) hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick an willkommen. Gordana spricht übrigens perfekt Deutsch! Für Genießer - Ihre Auswahl an selbst produzierten Produkten ( Wein, Olivenöl, Likör, Schnaps..) ist absolut empfehlenswert. Endlich weiß ich wo ich leckeres, hochwertiges Olivenöl bekomme 😉 hopefully my expierence helps - schöne Grüße Markus und Maya

Dear Ante is a very hospitable and kind host. When we first arrived at the apartment, there were farm eggs in the fridge and fresh figs he had picked from his garden. He offered us fresh figs every day. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, and much more beautiful than in the photos. The house has everything you need. We even had a barbecue twice. Every day, we used the pool and also went to the sea. We left Croatia with beautiful memories. If I come to Zadar again, I would stay here. We were very comfortable. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Great host!

It is a spotless clean apartment in a very quiet area. Around 300 metres away from the beach. The host is super friendly. We received fruit and cake. Absolutely amazing. We had a great time once again. Many thanks.

We received a very warm welcome from the owners, Boris and Ivana. There was even fruit, wine and beer ready. Boris regularly informed us that everything was in order and provided us with tips and places to visit. It is a modern and fully equipped flat. It has just been completely renovated. The flat is located 50 meters from the sea and 100 meters from a pebble beach. Nearby is a nice bar Tavola Bar with delicious cocktails. Especially the Gin Fezz and Long Island Ice Tea were appreciated. Posedarje is a small typical Croatian village centrally located to Plitvice lakes, Split, Zadar and Krka waterfalls. Fantastic stay in Posedarje thanks to nice appartment, location and weather.

Absolutely wonderful stay. We highly recommend. Beautiful location. In walking distance to the picturesque village. The view is stunning. Right on the water overlooking the mountains. We never tired of the view. Great private pool and easy access to swim in the ocean. We had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Care has been taken to curate tableware, equipment etc. Felt like being in our own kitchen. Arrival and check in was effortless. Meng had prepared little guides with information to support our stay. When we arrived, everything was ready for us to just enjoy and settle in. Spacious open plan kitchen/living room. Big rooms with great beds for a good night’s sleep in absolute tranquility. Impeccably clean. Great terrace with option to barbeque and enjoy the views. Communication with Meng was very good - answers quickly and takes great care of her guests. Highly recommend this wonderful place and excellent host. Hoping to come back.

Wir waren im August 2024 für zwei Wochen Gäste von Marija und ihrer Familie. Marija ist eine sehr freundliche und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin. Die Anreise war problemlos und das Haus leicht zu finden. Begrüßung durch Marija und ihre Familie. Kurze Einweisung und Infos wo man am besten einkauft. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock. Unten im Haus wohnt Marija und ihre Familie. Im Haus nebenan wohnen die Schwiegereltern. Alle sind sehr nett. Niemand hat uns gestört. Während unseres Aufenthaltes konnten wir ungestört den Pool und auch den Grill nutzen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Die Küche bietet die Möglichkeit einfache Gerichte zu zubereiten. Eine Klimaanlage im Wohnbrereich deckt alle Zimmer ab und so war auch bei hohen Temperaturen ein angenehmes Schlafen möglich. Marija hat sich immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und hat uns immer wieder Tipps für Ausflüge und Besonderheiten genannt. Vielen Dank Marija, für die tollen Tage bei euch!

Ein absoluter Traum! Die Unterkunft bei Sanja war perfekt – sehr hochwertig, blitzsauber und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Der Jacuzzi und der gesamte Wellness-Bereich waren top gepflegt und luden jeden Tag zum Entspannen ein. Auch draußen auf der Terrasse konnten wir die Ruhe und die schöne Aussicht wunderbar genießen. Wer Erholung abseits vom Trubel sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Absolute Empfehlung!

Nika was an amazing host! The place was just as described and our group was very comfortable. Nika went above and beyond in being a great host (e.g. our kids were feeling a bit hot in the home and Nika had 2 new fans sent in a couple hours). She was also very kind, helpful and extremely responsive! The location of the home was also great - we were at a 5 mins driving distance from the happening spots. Highly recommend!

Super schöne Wohnung, geräumig, sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet - wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Umgebung ruhig, so dass wir gut geschlafen haben. Auf der Terrasse kann man mit schönem Meerblick frühstücken oder abends den Tag ausklingen lassen. Zum Abendessen war es während unseres Aufenthaltes zu heiss, da die Sonne abends direkt auf den Essplatz scheint. Zum Glück kann man sich dann in die kühle Wohn-/Essküche flüchten, wo die Klimaanlage für angenehme Temperaturen sorgt. Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus im EG und sind sehr freundlich, wir wurden mit frischen Kirschen und Kuchen verwöhnt 😀

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und stets für uns erreichbar. Der Whirlpool war bei Anreise bereits vorgeheizt. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend. Zudem wurde von den Vermietern ein Transfer vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft angeboten. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Spędziliśmy fantastyczny czas w tym miejscu! Dom położony jest bardzo blisko morza, z widokiem na przepiękne zachody słońca. Z tarasu roztaczał się malowniczy krajobraz, a wieczory spędzane w jacuzzi były idealnym sposobem na relaks. Wnętrze było czyste, zadbane i bardzo wygodne – wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, było pod ręką. Gospodarz był niezwykle miły i pomocny – łatwo było się z nim skontaktować, a na dodatek otrzymaliśmy świetne rekomendacje dotyczące lokalnych atrakcji i restauracji. Cisza, spokój, wygoda - idealne miejsce na wypoczynek!

Wir waren zu 6. + ein Kleinkind. Die Villa war einfach zu finden. Die Person die uns vor Ort erwartet hat, hat leider nur kroatisch gesprochen. Aber mit Händen und Füßen konnte man sich trotzdem gut verständigen. Der Check in verlief also ohne Probleme. Die Villa war in einem makellosen Zustand, wir haben uns direkt Wohlgefühlt. Es gibt ein Badezimmer und ein extra WC. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es im Wohnzimmer, leider erreicht die kühle Luft die 3 Schlafzimmer nicht. Deshalb war es nachts ziemlich warm. Auf Nachfrage haben wir ein reisebett und ein hochstuhl erhalten. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, dies weiß man jedoch vorher deshalb war es kein Problem für uns. Insgesamt war alles eine 5/5

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this place! We were a group of five friends celebrating a bachelor party and couldn’t have wished for a better spot. The private rooftop terrace was a real highlight – stunning panoramic views over the city, great for grilling, relaxing in the jacuzzi, and soaking up the sun. The apartment was even more beautiful than the pictures, super clean, and perfect for unwinding. It’s also very well located – quick and cheap to get into the city or to nearby beaches. Communication with Dora was super easy – she always responded quickly and was really helpful. All in all, a fantastic place to relax and enjoy time with friends. Highly recommended!
