Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Posedarje

Absolutely beautiful house, completely new and the same as the photos. It was equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home. The pool and garden with a barbecue were the highlight. Everything was extremely clean and well-kept. I would be happy to go back.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay in this peaceful, lovely apartment. Great view from the spacious balcony. Great to be able to use the paddleboard and kayak on the sea (which seemed like a lake!) We were treated to fish cooked by the hosts on their outdoor fire grill. A special evening. Good location for visiting Paklenica NP, Krka NP and Pag Island. Would recommend (if you have a car and enjoy nature).

Anita welcomed us in a very friendly way and answered all our questions very quickly. The house and around the house is all spanking clean. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The beds are comfortable, which was very conducive to our relaxation. The pool was maintained every morning while we slept and we also enjoyed having a nice cool-down on sunny days. We were able to drive to everything perfectly from the house and had great experiences. At night it gets very dark so we could see the stars very well. It's so nice and quiet that we were able to sleep very well. We will be happy to come back.

Kata is a super hostess and warmly welcomed us right on the street. She and her friends were always available to us and gave us useful hints and tips without being asked. Kata's apartment offers everything you need as a family of 5 and the location is just perfect. In 2 minutes you will be at an easily accessible rocky beach, in 5 minutes at the somewhat livelier “city beach” of Vinjerac. Kata grilled us delicious fish, baked fritatas and pancakes and was never intrusive or even disturbing. The garden with outdoor shower is perfect for nice quiet evenings and invites you to linger. We would like to stay with Kata again any time.

Nice, really nice and new vila with everything what you need for relax, including the beatifull swiming pool. Nice and clean rooms with air conditioning.

A house like in the original story and unique in that it's stone and from the inside. Very well equipped both in the kitchen to the bathroom and the bedrooms . Impeccable cleaning. The host is a special history. He was waiting on the central road guided us to the gate the welcome with beer and biscuits and ice cream for the children very pleasant when the little attentions make the difference. Outside there was a dreamy relaxation. The terrace to have a very nice meal. We will definitely come back a unique experience in Stone House. Thank you so much!

We stayed with Ivic and his wife for 10 days. The house is located in a quiet area. It has a great pool, which we spent all day. the water was very warm, so you can swim from 7am. If you're missing something, there's a market with a basic assortment in the area. You can also play ball on the field or walk/ride a bike. The house was very clean, equipped with everything you need. The pool wheel is a great solution. Ivica is a really great host, he took care of everything, and you could write to him at any time. Restaurants, markets, bars, and the beach are a few minutes' drive away. Upon arrival and departure, we received gifts from Ivica and his wife, for which we thank you very much.

We was a group of 10 students, everything was great, the host was there to help us with everything in need. Nobody cames to disturb us not even when we listen music till morning. The pool and facilities was perfect, very good located near Zadar, peacefull area. Thank you, hope to see you again!

Wonderful place. We spent a nice week. On the plus side there is a spacious living room, two bathrooms and three large bedrooms with double beds.

We stayed 10 days in Nikolina's apartment with a child of 3 and 1. The apartment is fine. It was super sweet and nice that we were allowed to use the garden a little earlier than usual. This allowed us to eat outside and the children could occasionally play outside. There was also a playground 100m from the house and the beach was a few minutes walk. Restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries were also all close by. This made our stay extra relaxing. We had a nice stay.

The garden and the olive trees are very nice.

Very friendly people, great place to stay at and we got beautiful beaches recommended to by her which were amazing. Very nice and great place to be with very friendly hosts. Also got some Lavender and home grown figs from her. Thank you Ivana!

Apartment: WOW! Beach for children:WOW host: WOWWOWWOW!!! We got trouble when we wanted to leave the place. I had to search a repair for the car. Matija's daughter helped to speak with the repair man and ordered pizza for our children, gave us ice cold water so they are really for the guests. ❤️

We stayed at Ivona’s place for 3 nights. It was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children, very spacious, clean. Kitchen is very well equipped and there is a lovely view from the terrace when you have your meals. Swimming pool is perfect to cool off. Ivona was absent but her parents welcomed us. They were extremely friendly. We really appreciated this warm welcome which always makes a difference in Airbnb. Thank you.

Beautiful accommodation near the water (accessible via small path and stairs from the terrace). The apartment is new and the owner arranges the 2 apartments above. Plus, Ive kindly lent us 3 bikes. There is a very good restaurant in the village “Antonio” where the fish and meat dishes are excellent. For visits, central location 30 minutes from Zadar, 1h20 from Plivitce, 20 minutes from Paklenika, 1h30 from Split... We had a great stay and are ready to come back?

The whole family of 7 people is satisfied. The apartment looks like the photos and it is a good option for large families with children. The host and her son are very nice and hospitable. Thanks for the delicious quark balls and the delicious figs from the garden! The beach is about 10 min. on foot. And the city of Zadar is also nearby. We find the location of the apartment very convenient, especially because most of the attacks are very not far away and are easily accessible by car. We would recommend the apartment to anyone!

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Michelle's place. We were greeted by Andreas who was very welcoming, caring and always had great tips. The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

Dragica was very responsive and her apartment’s location perfectly met our needs: plenty of bathrooms for our Teenager biased travel group, right at the water, spacious barbecue facilities and still the option to walk 50min along the beach for a digestif. We were a group of seven for only 3 days but could have spent an entertaining week there easily!

Lovely stay in this apartment. Exactly as shown in the pictures, well equipped and very comfortable beds! Communication was great and helpful with restaurants and amenities nearby.

What should we say. This is a wonderful location to relax (the terasse is huge!). Both hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. The sleeping rooms were good for us and our kids. We slept fine. Air condition worked wonders 🤣. The kitchen had everything we needed. A big fridge is there too. The WC is a bit small but again, enough for us. Really nothing negative..Thanks again 🫶 (not just for the figs 🥳) The private pool was pretty private ;-). The guests of the other apartment were gone during the day so we had a full pool day to ourselves. The pool was super clean too! And enough places to rest at the pool. They have a BBQ house too but we didn’t use it. We were too lazy to grill 🤣 Two good restaurants just few minutes car drive away.

Very clean, spacious and bright apartment. Matej and Antonjia were two really hospitable hosts. Upon our arrival, we found a "welcome pack": in the refrigerator, we already had bottles of water, cold cuts, and a fresh fruit salad for each of us. Unfortunately, the hosts had issues with previous guests who caused some structural damage. Despite this, we managed to check in on time. During our stay, they also offered us other fresh fruit (watermelons and melons), a gesture that was certainly much appreciated. They also recommended several places to visit or activities to do. Overall, it was a really great experience. The only negative note was the wifi that unfortunately worked but the speed of the network is really low and was therefore unusable.

I highly recommend staying, the apartment is clean with all the things you need. Very good place if you have a car, access to the beach. You can make a barbecue on the beach, it's quiet and peaceful, so you can relax. Lenka is very nice. We're happy and think we'll be back.
