Holiday rentals with a patio in Poseidonia

Had a wonderful time here, Georgios is an excellent host. Place is even more beautiful than the photos, with a stunning view of Syros and a lovely courtyard to hang out and watch the sunset. Ano Syros is charming and rustic, always felt safe and enjoyed exploring by foot. Georgios was very responsive to all messages, super helpful, and gave good recommendations. Overall absolutely recommend this place and host (as long as you’re good walking up some stairs)!

A true hidden gem in Tinos! From effortless check-in to our final goodbye, our stay was perfect. The apartment is beautifully decorated with tasteful elegance, blending authentic island charm and modern comfort. Just steps from the port and Tinos’s cosmopolitan scene, it offers an ideal location—central yet peacefully quiet, away from the noise. Stepping into the charming garden each morning felt like discovering a private oasis, adding unique tranquility to our experience. Inside, everything was spotless, thoughtfully prepared, and equipped with delightful extras like espresso and cozy slippers. The fast and reliable Wi-Fi made our stay even smoother. The neighborhood is safe and relaxing, perfect for carefree enjoyment day or night. A special thanks to Renos, an amazing host whose warmth, hospitality, and great island tips made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommended—we can't wait to return!

Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Der separate Zugangsbereich mit Außenterrasse ist wunderschön gestaltet und perfekt, um abends einen Wein zu genießen. 😍 Der Empfang war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation schnell und unkompliziert. 👍🏻 Die Appartements waren sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail (SchallschutzFenster mit Insektenschutz!). Besonders gefallen haben mir die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die vielen praktischen Extras wie Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Kekse, Shampoo, Conditioner, Bodylotion und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Reinigungsservice kommt alle 3 Tage. Die Lage ist top – ruhig und dennoch gut erreichbar, mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir konnten alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen! Vielen Dank an die großartigen Gastgeber für diese schöne Zeit!

We loved this Airbnb! The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the private parking was very convenient since the area has limited public parking. However, if you only plan to stay in Naousa, a car isn't necessary because the location is excellent—just a short 2-minute walk to the town center with all the shops and restaurants. The apartment's prime location, nestled above the town's busy streets, provides a quiet environment while still being close to everything. Our group would definitely stay here again and recommend it for others!

Marina was a good host, the place is exactly as surprise. I liked the location as it was more quiet residential area and I was able to easily access the town centre and walk to places of interest in Naousa. However, if you want to be in the middle of things, ready to party this is not for you, and this is why liked the place. Also, this was not an issue for me, if you intend on cooking a lot, this is a studio so any cooking scents will likely still be lingering when you sleep. For us it was great to boil a few eggs and make snacks.

Fantastic stay! Such kind and helpful hosts, gave us wonderful restaurant and cafe recommendations. Can’t wait to come back!

Ioannis and his property are 5-star all the way. Ioannis met us and showed us through the apartment and gave instructions about how everything worked. My first impression of the apartment was that it was very clean, bright and airy. Ioannis had stocked the pantry with provisions for the next morning since we'd not have had time to grocery shop which we found extremely helpful. During nice weather, the deck offered views of the sea and, sometimes, we could hear the surf against the rocks. Ioannis messaged me every few days to see how things were and to offer to help with anything needed. He was most proactive and went out of his way like no other host I've ever had. This is Greek hospitality at it's finest.

We had a fantastic five days at Aqua Blu. We were lucky that we had the entire place (4 cottages/apartments plus pool) to ourselves. It’s well equipped, very quiet, great if small pool and literally 5 mins for the best beach (and beach bar) on the island. There is also a cheap good quality Taverna onsite, and boats for hire at the end of the drive. We reckon it’s the best location on the island!

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν παραπάνω και από εξαιρετική. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας ήταν φιλικός, διακριτικός και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει. Αισθανθήκαμε σαν να είμασταν σπίτι μας.Το σπίτι ήταν υπέροχο. Πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σε τοποθεσία δίπλα από την χώρα, με απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα, φοβερή θέα και ησυχία. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Ανυπομονούμε να το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε ξανά!!!

Εξαιρετικοι και φιλικοί άνθρωποι με αγάπη για αυτό που κάνουν και διαθέσιμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν οπότε τους χρειαστείς.Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιο επισκεφτεί την Τήνο.

We traveled to 3 different islands on this trip and Elpida's place was our absolute favorite. To begin with, Elpida is super responsive; she always answered our questions within 15 minutes. In advance of our stay, she helped us with renting a car and she also allowed us an early check-in. She had great recommendations for restaurants (it was during Greek Easter). The house is wonderful. Well appointed with everything you need. Elpida has a great sense of style and the house felt like checking into a luxury spa. Bathrooms with necessities, fridge with goodies, and some wonderful treats (painted Easter eggs and local Easter sweets). Lovely pool, beach towels, great patio. We like to cook in the evening and the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal.. The beds are very comfortable with different firmness pillows, which is great. If you are traveling to Syros, we highly recommend Elpida's place. You will not be disappointed! *****

Ένα μοντέρνο, άνετο και ήσυχο μέρος στην καρδιά της Τήνου. Πολύ βολικό για να μετακινηθεί κανείς εντός πόλης, πεντακάθαρο και με αισθητική που από μόνη της σε ξεκουράζει. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι πολύ φιλικός και πάντα έτοιμος να παρέχει πληροφορίες στους επισκέπτες. Θα το ξαναπροτιμούσα!

We loved our stay here, responsive hosts, clean and well maintained property / pool (rare in this location), large lounge area, outdoor barbecue terrace. Many of Syros’ best beaches are close by, as are lots of great restaurants…plus one of the best bakeries on the island a (steep) 10 min walk Maria / Stratos recommended local spots that were pretty much all very good and helped make reservations, even one for a restaurant in Hermoupolis after our stay in Poseidonia had ended. One piece of advice for future guests is that there is a supermarket ten mins walk (‘4all’)…we didn’t realise this until our last day (it doesn’t come up on Google Maps and we assumed it was a cafe so were driving to the next nearest supermarket at Voulgari!) All in all a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένες με το δωμάτιο, ήταν καθαρό ο ιδιοκτήτης είχε προνοήσει να υπαρχουν όλες οι χρήσιμες συσκευές και καθαριστικά κάτι που μας βόλεψε πολύ! Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν άμεση με φιλική διάθεση να μας εξυπηρέτηση για ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Theos Airbnb! The place was even better than expected – spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could possibly need. The location was perfect with amazing views plus was peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend !!

όμορφο και καθαρό σπίτι. Η Ειρήνη είναι πολύ καλή οικοδέσποινα, πολύ φιλόξενη με αρκετές προτάσεις για βόλτες, φαγητο και ποτό. Το σπίτι είχε αρκετά πράγματα για πρωινό, φρέσκα φρούτα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο.

I had an amazing stay at Zafiro's place! She was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to suggest a variety of activities, restaurants, and hidden gems on Paros. She was also very flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend her to any traveler and would definitely stay at her home again!

The location of the house is absolutely fabulous : it is quiet, a few minutes away from the beach and nice restaurants and with an amazing view on the sea. The little house is simple but authentic. Thank you again Daniel and Helen for your kindness and reactivity !

Our stay at Tobys was perfect, it’s in a great location, right by the water and a short walk from the town centre. The apartment itself was gorgeous, clean and spacious, all you could want from a stay.Toby was the perfect host, helpful, informative, friendly. If I was to return to Syros I would 100% stay there again!

Just amazing. Amazing location amazing backyard nice furniture. Very responsive host. Can not really find a negative aspect about it. I also liked that we were allowed to check out later. There was even a parking very close. If i have to say something 'bad', the car was suffering a bit at the parking because the pavement was a bit high

Ήταν καταπληκτικά, όλα τακτοποιημένα και καθαρά, όμορφος και ευρύχωρος χώρος και εύκολα προσβάσιμος κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold hos Konstantinos. Lejligheden lå virkelig centralt og der var gåafstand til alt. Værterne var også virkelig imødekommende og boede nedenunder, så hvis det var noget, så skulle vi bare sige til. En klar anbefaling

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν υπέροχο, άνετο και πολυ καλα εξοπλισμενο, σε πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία. Οι οικοδεσπότες και η κυρία Ελένη ήταν πάρα πολύ φιλική και μας βοήθησε με τις προτάσεις της.Σιγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά!!!
