Unique cottage on the shores of Lake Kemijärvi

We offer accommodation on the shore of beautiful Lake Kemijärvi in connection with our cottage. The price of the accommodation includes the use of the sleeping area, a separate kitchen cabin, a sauna, and an outdoor toilet. The cottage is located 12 km from the center of Kemijärvi. The log cabin has beds for two. Electricity + heating. Well-equipped kitchen. No running water. The hosts provide drinking water for the kitchen. Fireplace. Bathing in the sauna; the use shifts are agreed upon with the hosts. The hosts use other buildings. Hot tub surcharge €80

Idyllic school market in Maaninkavaara

Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the old and idyllic school in its spacious upstairs apartment (k, oh, 2mh, sauna/toilet/shower, 2 hallways). The beautiful surroundings offer wonderful outdoor opportunities - the ski trail to the nearby hills starts from the yard, the adjacent lake allows ice fishing, in the summer you can hike and pick berries in the nearby hills, a rowing boat is waiting on the school beach. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The apartment and courtyard are well suited for families with children.

Villa Hilda, cottage by the lake

Villa Hilda is located on the shores of the scenic Yli-Suolijärvi, about 20 km north of Posio. A quiet and private cottage. You can fish, kayak, swim and hike. Solar power system 230V. No water supply, drinking water must be brought along. The kitchen has a gas stove, sink and drainage. The coffee maker, refrigerator and lighting are powered by electricity. Separate sauna, bathing water must be carried from the lake. Gas grilling and fish smoking, campfire area. Outdoor toilet. Riisitunturi, Korouoma, Ruka about 50 km.

Porotieva - Reindeer Retreat Lakeside

Private new beach cottage on a large plot, amphitheater-like location on the shores of the very clean Lake Livojärvi, on the Lapland Riviera. Two saunas (wood-heated and electric-heated) and a hot tub. You may see reindeer right in the yard of the cottage. During the summer season (May to August), we offer two SUP boards, a boat and fishing gear. During the winter season, we offer a few snowshoes, skis and poles for skiing, as well as fishing equipment for ice fishing. The property has a hill and stairs.

Quiet location on the shore of the beautiful Ylä-Juumajärvi, about 2 km from Juuma village, 3 km from Pieni Karhunkierros, near Oulanka National Park. Nearby are wonderful nature sites: Karhunkierrokset, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs, etc. You can make day trips to nearby destinations. The beach sauna is at your disposal and we will advise you on how to heat it. WiFi available. The price includes linens and towels for three.

The cottage is spacious (150m2) and there is plenty of private plot. The cottage is designed for 1-6 people and is the perfect place to relax. The cottage has a beautiful wood sauna, as well as stairs from the sauna to the lake to the private dock.

Ruka Hideaway is a peaceful log villa by Moisasenlampi, just 3 km from Ruka Village. The property includes a main cabin and a separate sauna house, sleeping 4+1 guests. Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.
