Also less than a mile to public beach park and boat ramp. The home offers a full kitchen, laundry, sleeping area for three with queen bed in bedroom and sofa sleeper in the living room. Enjoy your own patriotic, western themed 400 sq ft separate guest suite w/ a private entrance and patio w picnic table & bbq. Kitchen w/ oven range & sink, bathroom, bedroom, rest area. Antiques and a converted water trough bathtub is fun and gives a nice deep cowboy bath, but it is tall and small (think tiny home shower.) In Post Falls, 15 min from downtown CDA. 5 min from Qemiln and Falls park, 1 min from Black Bay park, Comfortably fits 2 adults but more welcome!
