Open-space loft of about 80 square meters. The building is 3 floors with an elevator and you reach the attic with a flight of stairs. Inside a living area equipped with a dining table, kitchen with coffee maker and microwave oven, TV and sofa bed. The double bed is close to the terrace overlooking the sea and which in summer is set up with a table and chairs . The bathroom has a new shower, a washing machine and a sink. The area is well served and you can reach the beach in 5 minutes on foot.

Una casa colonica in mezzo ai campi, sotto il pittoresco paesino di Montecanepino. Noi (Francesco, Valentina e nostra figlia Linda di 7 anni), viviamo al primo piano.
