Enjoy our country getaway on 130 acres, just minutes from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. Explore our horse barn, hiking trails, stream, or relax by the pond. We are located close to great snowmobiling and skiing trails also! The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. The Loft3-Near Clarkson, SLU & SUNYs - Modern

At our clean and comfortable Loft suite, you will find yourself close to the colleges and downtown activities, while staying in a country setting on six acres of land, beautiful trees, dark, star-lit nights, and we have a swing set in the backyard. You will enjoy a completely private unit with its own private entrance and no shared spaces at all. Clarkson University is close enough to see from the property. Canton home w/ private apartment on Grasse River

A private entrance to apartment on 2nd fl. (above a garage). Comfortable for up to 4 people; clean & well-maintained with all the needed amenities; makes for an easy stay. The space is dog friendly (prior approval required). Outdoor yard space on property is limited use (weather permitting). Also a quick walk to SLU campus & downtown Canton or trek across town to SUNY Canton.

The Cabin at LFF is a small and cozy spot halfway between Canton and Potsdam. It sits on the edge of our small orchard on our 220 acre certified organic farm. From the front porch and kitchen window you can view our horses and/or cows grazing in their pasture. It has a kitchen, living area, loft bedroom and full bath. There is a Roku TV and Free wifi.
