From the private swimming pool, open in summer season, to which only residents have access, you can directly access the beach through a gate. The building has a digicode, a private parking space in the basement, an elevator and a laundry room. Enjoy your stay!!

In addition, in winter, a Scandinavian stove will warm you up after your long walks on the beach of Lesconil Sables Blancs, a 3-minute walk from the house! The GR 34 is 2 minutes from the house. You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Please note, the garage is very small (see pictures).

Come and take a trip to the end of the earth in Douarnenez, in our 30 m2 apartment, completely renovated in June 2021, at the Pointe de Tréboul residence. 10 steps from the water, you will enjoy at every moment the spectacle of the sea, the view of Tristan Island, the activity of the marina with its sailing school and the many old rigs that cross in front of the terrace.  

Waterfront studio (Little Saint-Jean 2)

The studio was completely renovated in 2018 by an interior designer. Facing Saint-Jean Beach, it was designed as a seaside setting, with wood and quality materials. Another similar studio, on the ground floor, is available for rent for people wishing to come with another couple. The 2 studios are one above the other.
