Enjoy this house with a private enclosed garden. Pourrain is located between Auxerre and Toucy, 30 minutes from Chablis, 30 minutes from St-Fargeau, Guédelon Castle and Boutissaint Park. On the ground floor, the house has a kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and separate toilet, as well as a double bedroom. On the 1st floor, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, as well as a toilet. On the mezzanine, you will find a second living room and an office area.

A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Our accommodation "L'atelier du Bois de Charbuy" is located 1 hr 40 min from Paris at the crossroads of the Auxerre region in Burgundy, between woods and fields, 7 km from the Auxerre Nord highway exit for a travel stopover. This comfortable, quiet and secure accommodation is suitable for a couple or family. Whether you are in love with Heritage, nature, sports and tasting, you can pleasantly enjoy the must-see sites that surround us.

The Lodge

On the ground floor, a very bright 60 m² lodge, with all modern comforts, in the heart of nature and in a peaceful setting. You can make the most of the hanging bed. Large windows give you a view of the pond with its fountain in summer. Its entirely hand-crafted corded wood wall is exceptionally charming. Separate from my home, the Lodge is set in lush green surroundings.
