we intend to return when we come again in Paraty, the hosting was perfect, the host super requests, responds quickly and leaves the disposition. the place itself is only a few minutes away from the old town and is well tidy and clean, me and my girlfriend love it.

The stay at Adriana's place was wonderful. Township of the historic center and at the same time very quiet. The combination was perfect. Adriana received us super well and our stay was wonderful. The house is spacious and very pleasant.

The house is wonderful, it accommodated everyone very well. The kitchen has everything you need to serve meals, the only thing missing was a microwave. Rooms, beds and leisure and rest areas were not lacking The architecture and decoration are incredible for those who appreciate it.

Second time we've stayed at the cottage, and it's always wonderful. The location is very quiet and beautiful, and the house is always very tidy. We will definitely go back again and again.

The place was what we expected for a house in the forest that was what we wanted, we made the way with a baby lap (1.8years)that was not a problem for us. We even let him turn on the trail by himself. The waterfalls are close to the house 5 min and the beach is about 15 min walk. If the intention is to stay in a more isolated place in the middle of nature this is the place. The access difficulties exist as is natural from a place like this but worth it for sure. Always kind hosts have provided us with a great stay. Thank you.

The house is clean, organized, and has the necessary kitchen equipment to prepare meals! Oseias (father) and Osias are kind and attentive. Oseias, our transfer, is an incredible tour, as well as guiding us on the other tours! The Baixio community is very solicitous! You can go to the beaches by kayak, on foot or by boat! The access trails are excellent!! It was a wonderful experience!!

Place more than special! The view of the house is a chapter by itself, as well as sleeping and waking up to the sound of the sea. Plus, everything super clean and according to your listing description. We'll be back for sure!!

My wife and I stayed at Tim's house for a week and we already miss him! Tim was super attentive from the beginning of the house reservation to the end of our stay. The house is exactly as in the photos, but much more beautiful in person! The landscape is breathtaking and you can hear the sound of the waterfall from inside the house. It is an excellent choice for those who like contact with nature and appreciate a beautiful landscape. The house has everything in the description, everything extremely impeccable, clean and organized. But the main attraction is the lady of the house, the tangerine. An extremely docile cat who likes to sleep on people's laps! Thanks again, Tim! And see you next time.

Mamanguá: It is a paradise in which no photo will be able to accurately show. House location: everything is close, however the house, despite being extremely close to the beach, is not on the main trail conferring total privacy. The place is super safe. We would leave and leave the house open without the slightest fear. Arrival: we were greeted by Queli's nephew Van. a super gentle, helpful and patient young man, since we were in two children and three adults, being a lady over 70 years old. Casa: excellent size and better than in the photos, everything was SO clean that the bed and bath linen, which are white, looked new, as well as being arranged with all care and whim. The crockery and utensils, clean and organized in drawers and cabinets and in more than enough quantity. These were wonderful days and serene nights. Hosts are SUPER congratulations!!! Thank you for the unforgettable experience!

The location is excellent, for those who like to be in contact with nature and silence, it is a sure choice! And in addition, it is close to the Paraty Center and some sights! It was an excellent stay. Ana and Alcir are very friendly and helpful and are always ready to help us. The place is nice and safe too. Despite having houses nearby, because it's in a condominium, we had no problems with noise. Impeccable cleanliness and organization. It was very worthwhile and I will recommend it to friends.
