We really enjoyed the spectacular views, the amazing terrace and the fun pool. BBQ area was a real plus and all the amenities were adequate for our party of six. Joao was a very friendly and responsive host. The main bedroom was large but the other bedrooms and communal areas were small with limited soundproofing. The location was beautifully private but the noises from the town and river could be loud.

All perfect with Pedro's listing. Place is beautiful, clean and modern, all rooms are cozy and have their own private bathroom, our guests were confortable and loved the place. Pedro replied quickly and straight to the point.

We had a fabulous week at Lettia. It is about 25 minutes away from downtown Porto and right across the river from Matosinhos; which is a lovely city in itself. There are so many restaurants in the area you can eat in or get take out. The villa was exactly as pictured and our boys thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. We had breakfast delivered everyday which consisted of an abundance of breads and pastries and fresh orange juice. They also stocked the fridge prior to our arrival with cheese, fruit, water, milk, ham and yogurt. You are not too far from the beach and can enjoy Leca da Palmeira or the beach in Matosinhos. The e-bikes were great to use to go the grocery store. Rita and her Dad made us feel right at home and were extremely responsive. Thank you for a terrific stay.

We recently enjoyed a delightful week-long stay with our family at this enchanting house in the heart of Vila da Conde. The property's romantic outdoor architecture immediately sets it apart from the surrounding homes, creating a truly charming atmosphere. As a group of adults with children, we found the house to be perfectly suited to our needs. Located next to a small city park with a playground and cafés, the house offers easy access to local amenities. Historical sites and museums are within a short walking distance, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The spacious interior, including three bathrooms, was a major plus, and the outdoor pool, seating area, and grill provided ample opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. From the moment we made contact, our hosts made us feel truly welcome. Their kindness, thoughtfulness, and warm hospitality turned our first trip to Portugal into a very special experience. The accommodation was exactly as described — a charming, traditional home set on a vast plot of beautiful land. It felt incredibly secure with two gates, and the setting allows you to enjoy complete privacy or connect with the hosts and animals as much as you like. It really does cater to what you need as a family. The house had everything we needed for cooking, and the thoughtful touch of a few essentials in the fridge on arrival was much appreciated. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. Our children especially loved meeting the animals and being shown around the grounds — it was such a unique and memorable part of the holiday for them.

O carro pode ficar numa garagem coberta pertencente à moradia. Tem acesso directo para a praia e um enorme terraço com vista para o mar. Excelente relação qualidade / preço. A Carla é muito simpática e responde rapidamente. Embora a entrada possa ser efectuada por código, a Carla fez questão de nos receber presencialmente. Recomendamos vivamente.

Stayed here for a week with my family, including my brother and his children and my mother and father, and we absolutely loved it! The space was perfect for us to hang out as a family, enjoy the sunshine and play in the pool. We were able to use a high cars to get easily down to the coast and to local supermarkets to pick up provisions but most of the days we just spent relaxing in the house which has lots of space and lots of amenities. There was lots of space for the children to play both inside and outside, lots of places to sit and eat and the pool was excellent. The animals at the bottom of the garden were very entertaining for the children and they managed to name all of them!! I would highly recommend this space. I would happily come again. Great stay for 4 couples, all four rooms are large and en suite and the top floor kitchen and living space is lovely and bright. Really stylish property with interesting construction. Great location for the restaurants, beach, and the tram, Fos is a great spot away from the intense crowds and yet only a 10 minute cab or 20 minute tram away from Porto. Ariana super responsive sorted the taxi transfers for us and good recommendations for places to eat and visit. We especially liked Praia da Luz for a birthday celebration dinner, beautiful view over the ocean and the sunset

We stayed at Rui’s villa for a reunion with 6 other friends and this place was a perfect fit. This villa is beautifully designed and renovated, artfully decorated, and offers all amenities one can expect from a villa. Rui is a great host and was very helpful during our stay. We highly recommend this place!

I had a lovely stay at Casa da Eira. Jorge was a kind and respectful host who made sure everything went smoothly from the moment I arrived. The house is a beautifully converted farmhouse with lots of thoughtful touches. The bed and shower were comfortable, and the small pond with exotic fish added a peaceful vibe. Highly recommend!
