It is a lovely home. A great place for us to stay, especially during a rainy visit to the area. The house was clean, the rooms were comfortable. We made nice use of the kitchen. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place! The description perfectly reflects the place, lots of attractions on site, the house is beautiful. Regardless of the weather, you can sit in a beautiful gazebo and bake a pizza! The hosts respond very quickly and are very helpful. All instructions are very clear and understandable! Ideal place for a larger group in all age ranges.

Cozy, comfortable and spacious house with a small garden. In a pleasant and quiet pavilion neighborhood. A little far from the city center, we went by car. Warm welcome with lit candles upon arrival, a large living room, 3 large bedrooms upstairs and an office space. Everything was clean and in good condition.

The apartment is in a pleasant neighborhood. The garden with chairs is great for eating breakfast outside. The apartment is clean and spacious. Very efficient communication with your host. We asked for a faster check-in, which was easily provided. We definitely recommend staying.

Wonderful place! Peace, quiet, lots of attractions in the cottage and in the garden – from games and coloring books, through blocks, to the playground, balls, etc. An additional attraction is the garden full of fresh herbs and fruits. We had a wonderful weekend and we only regret that we were there for such a short time. We'll definitely be back!

I visited Piotr's place in Winter with 11 other friends, and we all loved the house. The gate was a bit tricky to find (don't trust Google, use instructions of the host instead). The house was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a large group. And the surrounds were gorgeous - I think they would be even more beautiful in summer. Overall, a lovely place to stay and we would be happy to visit again any time!

The house has everything you need for a multi-day stay. Cozy, warm thanks to the fireplace and in beautiful surroundings for walks. Marcin was always available and helpful. We can definitely recommend the house!

Quiet and very clean, comfortable apartment There is a modern and almost new kitchen A spacious condo and the most beautiful Maviha is the Balcon and everything available I'm relieved for the first time. So it's worth five stars and more Thank you And I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend everything you need, from iron, tea to washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. You had a great stay.

A wonderful apartment with high end finishes and well designed space. The architect did an amazing job with this space. Multiple balconys on in shade all rooms had opening windows the air con worked fine the lighting options were many. Felt safe in the building and secure parking outside. You could walk to the town centre, we chose to drive and park in the city it only took 5 minutes in car and was very easy to get to literally one straight road to the centre. Would definiteluy recommend this place to travellers from near and far.

I stayed 4 days at this place during a business trip and was very pleased. Everything from checkin until checkout went smooth. The place was very clean and the kitchen well equipped with everything I needed during my stay. I can strongly recommend this place and will definitely be back if it’s available when I’ll be visiting Poznan in the future.

Lovely apartment- extremely well equipped and furnished. The host was very responsive and flexible, which we also appreciated. The localisation is great too, only about 20 minutes from stare miasto. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely consider coming back. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Poznan!!

I was looking for accommodation with friends for the Pyrkon fantasy festival and among all the hotels and apartments with exorbitant prices, I managed to spot this Loft 2 - practically the only option at a reasonable price. There were 5 of us, with a 6th person who joined at the last minute. The hosts had no problem with this, so we were able to change the reservation very quickly to add a sixth person. Before arriving, we were informed that it might be tight for 6 people, but the most important thing was that each of us had a place on the sofa or a mattress to sleep on. The bathroom, although cramped, fulfills its function, but it is worth remembering to take slippers with you - the floor may be wet after the previous user who took a shower. The interior, as described, is furnished in the style of the Polish People's Republic and gives the loft a unique atmosphere. In a word, we couldn't have done better 👌

One of the top 3 places I’ve stayed at in Poznań The location is fantastic – just a 3–5 minute walk to the Old Town. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and located in a quiet area, host/co-host informed me in advance about some possible construction noise during my stay, but it was barely noticeable. I really hope I’ll get a chance to stay here again next year!

Unfortunately didn’t get to stay in this location due to an error in the system that double booked the apartment. I am leaving a review for the host, though. She was very responsive and apologetic when she realized that the error had double booked the location. She immediately refunded the full amount. Very professional and courteous… Mistakes happen!
