The path to the water is shaded by pintagueras and palm trees, among others. You'll love this little piece of preserved Atlantic Forest. Perfect for a family to relax in front of the sea. The sea is calm, good for StandUp, sailing and canoeing. There are boat and board rental options 50 meters away. Beto Carrero Park is 800 meters away. You can walk there!

Chalet 104 Estaleiro. A place prepared to receive visitors seeking tranquility and integration with nature. Families love the place. Our space is located in a gated community, with an exclusive exit to the beach, the famous Pé na Areia. We are on the beautiful Interpraias circuit that connects Itapema to Balneário Camboriú, thus offering accommodation in the midst of nature, but 10 minutes by car from the central region of both cities. We have two swimming pools in the condominium.

Excellent townhouse with a complete fitted kitchen, large living and dining room and barbecue. Large terraces with spectacular views of the bay. Upper floor with 4 comfortable bedrooms (1 suite) with air conditioning. All rooms have ocean views. Rest to the sound of the waves or swinging in the hammock. The house is in a shared space with two other houses that belong to the family, and that are not available for rent. The sea is calm, great for children. Come and see!
