We offer modern accommodation in the newly built semi-detached house Hnízdo Na Hůrce in Lipno, ideal for families, friends, cyclists and skiers. The house is located on the outskirts of the village of Hůrka, next to a bike path and 150 meters from the Lipno reservoir, ideal for an active holiday and relaxation. The accommodation has 82 m² on two floors, 3 bedrooms, a terrace and a garden. The pool on the premises is shared and is open in July and August. The other half of the semi-detached house is also owned by us and is not rented.

Slunečná Cottage

Šumava-Lipno, village Slunečná. We offer a stylishly renovated cottage. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 11-12 beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a spacious living room with a Canadian fireplace. There are two bathrooms with a shower and a toilet and one separate toilet. The 2500 m2 plot is all for you. The price includes 20 kWh of electricity/night, a deposit of CZK 7,000 payable on arrival by bank transfer. Municipal fee 30 CZK/person/day. The space is not intended for celebrations, parties and similar events.

Chata Dobrá Voda

The cottage is located in the cottage area Dobrá voda in Horní Planá less than two kilometers from the Lipno dam. Ideal for families with children. There are activities for cyclists, fishermen, mushroom pickers, tourists... Near Dobrá voda there are all amenities for visitors: restaurants, shops, cultural and information center, summer cinema, hiking and biking trails, beach and many summer events organized by the town of Horní Planá. The cottage is heated by electric INFRA heating, pellet stoves and a fireplace.

The house is located directly on the bike path between Horní Planá and Nová Pec and is also close to a small maintained beach, about 400m from the house. The 35m2 apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen, oak double bed 180x200, sofa bed for everyday sleeping 160x200, dining table, TV and free WIFI. The apartment has its own spacious bathroom and balcony.
