Very beautiful apartment, very well equipped with everything you need including a beautiful view of the see. The area is very remote and 35 minutes away from Hua Hin, you will need a scooter or car to move around because GRAB is not available here. The host is very helpful and the communication is super easy with her. Thank you for letting us stay here :)

Beautiful, peaceful, private place. Although old, it is very well maintained. The beach is clean and quiet. Suitable for traveling by private car. There is a 7-11 store not far from the accommodation. Suitable for both couples and families trip.

We stayed in this nice apartment as a couple - and we enjoyed everything. Nice interior, comfortable bed, good equipment, everything clean . Location has been great, too. Central city, beach, restaurants everywhere, 7/11 just 50 meters away. Check-in was easy and also early check-in would have been available. Very kind and fast communication with Tolge. I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Hua Hin! Despite being a couple of kilometers outside the main town, the location couldn't have been more convenient. With a bike, it took me only about five minutes to get everywhere I needed—beaches, markets, and local restaurants were all within easy reach. The host was friendly and attentive, making check-in smooth and ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, which instantly made me feel at home. While some of the furniture is a bit dated, it’s still perfectly functional and actually adds a certain charm. For anyone planning a long-term stay, the space is just right—comfortable, well-equipped, and with enough room to truly settle in. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It’s a great balance of affordability, comfort, and convenience in Hua Hin!

We spent a month in this apartment and were very happy with our choice. The apartment with balcony and roof terrace is exactly as it looks in the photos. Communication with Kenneth was great. He provided us with a driver for arriving from the airport in Bangkok, who took us very reliably to Surin Beach and back. The bed was a bit too hard for me and I hardly said it, I already got a topper. The site is super well maintained. We rented a Saleng (a scooter with sidecar) from Kenneth, with which we could drive to the village about 10 minutes away. There are many restaurants, shopping and massages to choose from. However, there are also two restaurants very close to the beach. We will be back.

We had a great stay! The room looked exactly like the photos. Pros: - High ceilings and lots of space - Three large balconies - Well-equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils - Washing machine - Filtered drinking water available - Friendly and communicative host with good English - Huge modern Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi - Private audio system with a subwoofer Cons: - Some furniture is a bit old, and some cabinets are hard to open - The location is not ideal – the area feels somewhat abandoned, delivery drivers and taxis sometimes had trouble finding the place - Despite having mosquito nets on all windows, we experienced a severe insect invasion for a couple of days during our monthly stay Thank you! 🙏🏻

The apartment is cozy, comfortable, a good value, and exactly as described. It's a three-minute walk to the beach and there are small shops and convenience stores nearby for basic needs. There is a new, large smart TV and very comfortable king-sized bed. I came here for recovery and the host was amazingly kind and helpful, helping me set up delivery accounts to giving great advice to even picking things up for me when I was ill-disposed. The best host I've had yet. Thank you!

Amazing place for anyone who looks for a quiet vacation. The house looks even better than the pictures. There is plenty of room and the kitchen is awesome. The bed is super comfortable. The house is on the most quiet street in town. Just two minutes walk from the nearest 7 eleven. And about 5 minutes walk from the local foid market. This is a really good deal. Highly recommended for anyone who loves a peaceful and quiet vacation near the swimming pool.

A great getaway villa if you want to stay away from all the city noise! Plenty of space within the villa, everything is as showed on photos, the host and her husband are very friendly and nice people! Especially loved the pool!

I stayed with my two dogs and have nothing to complain. I felt home instantly. The house offers everything you need to feel cosy and welcomed. I will come back for sure

The pictures of this house did not lie. For a place that looks quite humble from the outside, it is really nice inside. Spacious, big bedrooms and clean bathrooms. An area for BBQ and lots of kitchen utensils and cutleries. The house is a mere 30 seconds walk to the beach where we enjoyed ourselves every sunrise, afternoon and evening. There is a cool, ocean breeze throughout the day. It is also a short walk out to the main road where there is a 7-11 opposite the road, malls, transportation, cafes, eateries, etc. We walked for about 3km along the beach to the center of town. My only comment is it would be nice if some bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar, etc was provided. You can buy bottled water from the caretakers next door but perhaps some complimentary ones would be appreciated. Nevertheless, I would stay here again and again. Love the place!

We stayed here 1 month. -Checkin was super easy. Were provided clear instructions. - communication with the host was amazing! Very responsive. - Any issues we had were dealt with in a timely matter. - 3 rooms 2 restrooms inside. Each room has its own aircon which works great! The master bed room takes a little longer to cool down but no big deal. - The pool was great on the hot days. Plenty of space out side to sit or hang your clothes after using the provided washer. Plenty of hanger provided for the two of us. - Not to far from city center. Maybe 5-10 mins. 7/11 right around the corner. About 5mins walking 2 mins on a bike. -quite neighborhood even with the renovations on the house next door. -living room furniture works but wish It was a little more comfy. But I understand it’s an AirBnb. - kitten had all the cookware you need. Decent fridge. And plenty of wardrobe space. -tv is a smart tv with Netflix. (Must have your own log in) I would definitely stay here again!

Nice apartment which has a wide working desk which was really good for a remote worker like me. The apartment complex has a gym and two swimming pools. Checking in and out was very easy at the condo office downstairs.

Beautiful appartment, it has nice gym and a pool (the water in the pool were frozen cold). We had a wonderful time at Art's appartment. you need some kind of transportation to get in and out of the appartment to the town and back.

Have stayed is several air B&B all over the world. Hard to find someone who is a responsive, friendly and respectful. You will not be regret staying here i promise you. What you see in the photos is exactly what you will receive while staying in this beautiful condo. Will recommend it to my friends for sure.

Our month at Goya's place was quiet, comfortable, and a great value. The space has some wear n' tear, but is nicely equipped - just like the photos. Excellent pool, workout room, AC, fan, Smart TV, WiFi, clothes washer, security, parking. Beach is 10 minute walk, same for Bluport mall & night markets too. Restaurants, 7-11, songthaew transport all right out front. Our utility charge was about $1 per day. Goya is very responsive. She was flexible with our changing plans & requests and acted fast to address cigarette smell from previous guest. In all, a good experience & price. We'd stay here again.

Great place and location close to the markets/food and the beach. Peaceful location and friendly staff always saluting to us as we leave and enter the complex, feel like an important person 😊.
