Close to Montpellier, in the heart of the village of ASSAS, our family winemaker house built in 1920 is located on the Pic-Saint-Loup vineyard terroir. We have preserved the charm of the house with its original cement tiles by integrating comfort and modernity. Air conditioning will allow you to spend sweet nights.

A former priory, the farmhouse has been recently renovated and is surrounded by 2 hectares of park and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Ideal place to relax, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is located at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are prohibited.
