New garden level in the heart of southern Ardèche

The new "Gîtes du Testal" opened in 2021 in a beautiful medieval town: Lagorce. The location is very nice because at the crossroads of the most beautiful tourist attractions, 4 rivers including the Ardèche... and yet quiet. This pretty garden level is comfortable, very well equipped, clean, bright and heated/air-conditioned. Linen rental on a budget. 1 small, clean and quiet dog is accepted. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space!

We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a hot Senseo drink station with mini-fridge, central heating, and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.

Ideal for two people (and a child who can sleep in an extra bed), this charming 65 m2 cottage will welcome you for a quiet holiday in the heights of a small village in the south of Ardèche. Direct departure for hikes as we are the last house before the woods. River 15 minutes' walk, grocery store 5 minutes' walk, Cirque de Gens (large climbing site) 20 minutes' walk, Chauvet 2 Cave and Vallon Pont d'Arc 20 minutes' drive.
