Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The apartment has been newly renovated and is separate from the main house. It has its own entrance with a cozy balcony overlooking the mountains. The 2 1/2 room apartment is distributed on two floors (approx. 70 m²) with a bedroom (double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m), a bathroom with shower (washing machine available) and a sofa bed in the living area with soapstone stove (additional central heating also available). Massage available on site.

The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.

Here you can relax in absolute tranquility in the mountains and really unwind. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and is therefore ideal for families. Wi-Fi is available and thus also home office from the mountains possible.
