Calm,peaceful almost a paradise is waiting for you!

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Quiet location with a great view from the in-house pool of the olive groves and mountain landscape. The house has a kitchen and a large room with a dining table, a double bed and a single bed. A small shower room. Large terrace and pool with plenty of sun loungers.

The Chaliki house is part of a new building consisting of four terraced houses. This stone-built corner house is very quiet, a little off the village of Poulithra and has no through traffic. The beautiful beach of St. George Bay is only 60 meters walk away. All houses have their own entrance and are embedded in a park with old olive trees. From everywhere you have a fantastic view of the sea.
