If you like special places quiet and having certain level of privacy do not hesitate and go for it! Location is perfect, the area is beautiful. House is very well equipped with everything you need. Alena is a great host. You will enjoy the romantic atmosphere, warm fireplace green territory and small nice sauna. Fantastic time here. My recommendation!

Kornelia doesn't just rent out a place to stay, she rents out a home. From the beginning, everything just fit: - Personal check-in with explanation of all necessary things - She fulfilled individual wishes - Everything was clean and in good condition - The furnishings could not be better, especially in the kitchen. In addition, extra bed linen and many towels. - Fast and friendly communication before and during the stay I can only recommend it to everyone, especially if you come with family and want to stay longer. There is a small playground with soccer goals and a basketball hoop within 2-3 minutes' walking distance. We left a soccer ball and basketball there for the next guests. A wonderful holiday for our family - two adults and two children. The peaceful location was easily accessible via public transport, the sleeping area was a delight for our daughters, while the host was extremely helpful and accommodating. We hope to stay again in the near future. A thoroughly recommended destination

A very nice, stylish and extremely clean apartment, fully equipped. In the kitchen, nothing was missing, sugar, salt, spices, tea, everything there, even coffee capsules and dishwasher capsules. Enough toilet paper, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, soap… Several pillows to choose from, comfortable bed. And the terrace is a dream. Perfect location, close to Albert grocery store, Metro a few minutes' walk away. Our car stayed in the underground garage. Václav was very friendly, helpful and obliging, we can recommend him with all our hearts and would love to come back.

A quiet home near Prague. Perfect for a familiy weekend to chillout and see some new places

Eliska and Jan are the best hosts ever: friendly, helpful, caring, well reachable, you name it. The apartment is so comfortable, with everything you might need, impeccably clean, great beds. Not to mention the amazing guide books of Prague (away from the regular tourist tracks). It is located in one of the most wonderful parts of Prague, everything (culture, sights, amazing cafés, bars and restaurants) is very well reachable by public transport or by foot. Yet, you are just next to bike and running trails, close to the river Vltava. This is the second time we stayed there and it has become a true home away from home. Thank you for all, Eliska and Jan, we hope to see you again!

I had a great time staying @ Linda’s place. The apartment was very clean & comfortable, walking distance from public transport & Fenix mall. Linda is a great host. Very comfortable apartment in a quiet part of Prague, with free parking. Excellent connections to the city centre - just a few minutes to the metro and tram. Nicely decorated and very clean apartment with balcony and everything you need for living, including dishwasher and washing machine. Friendly host, quick respondes. Highly recommended.

Our group of five had a wonderful vacation on this beautiful boat. Bertrand send us detailed instructions on how to get to and into the boat and also on how to get to nearby tram and bus stations. We got the key from a lockbox and upon entering the boat, everything was very clean and the big BBQ is perfect for making a tasty meal for 5 people. The fridge had some cold water already inside, which was very nice. The kitchen even had some basic ingredients like sugar and salt, which also was very nice to know that we didn't have to buy those things. From the boat it was very easy to get further into the city. Supermarkets, tourist attractions and restaurants aren't very far away and very easy to reach via tram. Bertrand even shared the local public transportation app with us, so it was easy and stress free for us to get to places. Overall, it was a very nice and relaxing vacation. We definitely recommend it!

The appartement is great. Great location and also very clean. Also it looks like the pictures. It was hot inside on warm days, as it is on the last floor. We didn‘t manage to understand how the oven works, other than that the place is great and in a calm area of the city, but still close to the main sightseeing spots, food places, tram. Anna was also very nice to share a lot of infos about the city and the response is always fast. It is important to know that the keys are to be picked up at another place (5 min walk), not so great if you have heavy luggages. Overall great location! I would come back.

Anita's place is in the heart of Old prague making it easy to get anything you may need and just a few steps from the castle. The retro touches were cool the bed was comfortable as was the pull out bed. only thing I would have added was more days to stay here if it was possible!!

Jan and Sarah’s place was stunning .. exactly as photos .. clean and tidy … very spacious . It was little extras like salt and pepper.. clothes detergent .. coffee and tea which added to the accommodation. The lift was a great help for travellers with suitcases!!! Access to trams very easy. Instructions to get to accommodation and access on arrival easy and seamless. Would totally recommend to travellers of all ages for location and accessibility… would stay again without hesitation. Apartment was fantastic. Great water pressure in the shower and a nice balcony too. Got a little hot but the apartment had a fan and the weather outside was 30 degrees celsius the whole time so couldn’t complain. Sasha was really helpful and responded very quickly. Five stars.

Jakub communicated well and the listing has local cafe/restaurant recommendations which was great. The bathroom is very small like other reviews said, but it didn't bother us for a one night stay. And even though the appartment is on the top floor it was possible to cool it down at night with all the windows open (we were there in June, it was very warm outside). I wouldn't recommend it for people that aren't fit because the 4 floor walk-up can be a lot, but if you aren't planning on going up and down a lot it's totally doable. Thanks Jakub!

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious, stylish apartment in the heart of Prague. The location is ideal - just a short walk to Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and great restaurants. The two huge bedrooms were perfect and the apartment was spotless and well-equipped, with nice touches like quality shower gels and hair products. We loved the cute balcony with a table and chairs for four - it catches the evening sun and was a great spot to relax before heading out. The host was incredibly helpful, arranging early luggage drop-off and providing a great online guidebook with local tips. On our last day, we stored our luggage securely in the building for just 100 CZK, which let us enjoy a full final day. Reception staff were friendly and informative too. Overall, a smooth, comfortable and memorable. Would stay here again!

everything was just as described: clean, comfortable and nice. the location was convenient and well connected, there are trams and shops nearby. you can quickly get to many attractions in prague. i'd definitely recommend it!

Great place if you want to experience Prague first hand. Everything is walking distance, even the castle and the mala strana at the other side of the river. Place is marvellous. Quiet, even though it’s in a busy neighbourhood. Very light with windows and balcony. We enjoyed it a lot.

It was nice because it was on the first floor, and the location was good. The kitchen facilities were also good, the bedding was clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the dining table was large, so it was comfortable. Communication is also smooth, so there is no problem. I think I'll use it next time I go to Prague.

I've stayed before at this flat and I love how spacious and comfortable it is! The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, met us in person to show us the flat. Happy to come back for my next visit to Prague!
