Holiday rentals with a patio in Prague 2

Overall, we appreciated the apartment. + The location was fantastic - very walkable, close to good restaurants and bars + The terrace was lovely and a nice extension to the small studio + There was an elevator in the building, making it easy to get to the 3rd floor with luggage + The bed was comfortable A few considerations - The bathroom’s design was a little odd - the shower had nowhere to place the shampoo, there was no hold for the toilet paper

Everything was great! The apartment was very nice and clean. The host took care of everything and was very flexible about the check out hours, too. I highly recommend this place.

The apartment we rented was perfect for our stay in Prague. The electronic key system works well for getting in when you arrive. There is a electronic system for gaining access to the apartment for the first time which was easy to use and eliminated the need to arrange a time to meet the owner on arrival which we found convenient and easy to understand. It was also helpful when we checked out and realized one bag had been left in the room with the keys! We were able to regain entry and grab the bag and go. The apartment is also located close to the metro station, restaurants, some sites and is in a comfortable area for walking. I would definitely rent this apartment again if we were visiting Prague.

The apartment locates in a quiet, peaceful and clean neighbourhood right next to Vysehrad, with easy access to the Tram. The interior is tidy and nice. Great choice for a vacation stay

We had 3-nights stay at Zuzi’s apartments recently. The flat is clean and bright, good furniture and equipment. Good location, it was easy to get to the city centre

Tomas is a really good host, kind, responsive and adaptable. Apartment was well equiped and really clean. Public transport is near.

Eine super schöne und sehr saubere Unterkunft. Alles notwendige vorhanden. Leider ist die Unterkunft direkt an den Bahngleisen, weshalb man die Bahn oft, wenn man im Garten sitzt oder die Fenster auf hat, sehr laut hört. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt mit einem kleinen Grill und Sitzmöglichkeiten!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Andrea à Prague durant nos 2 jours, elle est très réactive et reste très abordable, le logement est fonctionnel et parfaitement adapté aux photos et accessible à 4 minutes à pieds des transports pour rejoindre le centre ville et 30 minutes en Uber de l’aéroport

Sehr schönes und ruhig in einem Wohngebiet gelegenes Doppelhaus. Die Erreichbarkeit von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Prag ist sehr gut. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Unsere Vermieterin Pavlina war sehr freundlich und hat auf Anfragen immer recht schnell geantwortet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft vollauf empfehlen.

Kornelie vermietet nicht einfach nur eine Unterkunft, sie vermietet ein Zuhause. Von Anfang an hat einfach alles gepasst: - Persoenlicher Check-In mit Erklaerung von allen notwendigen Dingen - Sie hat individuelle Wuensche erfuellt - Alles war sauber und in gutem Zustand - Ausstattung koennte nicht besser sein, besonders in der Kueche. Ausserdem extra Bettwaesche und viele Handtuecher. - Schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation vor und waehrend des Aufenthalts Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen, vor allem wenn man mit Familie kommt und laenger bleiben moechte. Es gibt in 2-3 Fussminuten einen kleinen Spielplatz mit Fussballtoren und Basketball Korb. Wir haben einen Fussball und Basketball dort gelassen fuer die kommenden Gaeste. Alexandra was truly helpful with every question. The place is homey, comfortable and spacious. You can work remotely with comfort, feel like home while you enjoy the city of Prague.

Soggiorno perfetto! La casa, poco fuori Praga, è comodissima per una famiglia con bambini: spazi ampi e ben organizzati, giardino con giochi e altalene e tutto il necessario a portata di mano. La zona è molto tranquilla, ideale per riposarsi, ma allo stesso tempo ben servita, con supermercati e negozi facilmente raggiungibili. Un enorme vantaggio per chi viaggia con la famiglia! L'host è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti a casa dal primo momento. Assolutamente consigliata!

We stayed at Richard’s place to celebrate New Year’s Eve in Prague, and it was an exceptional experience. The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Richard’s communication was excellent throughout. He provided clear instructions for check-in, accurate details about the property, and even surprised us with complimentary wine and cookies, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the metro and tram, making it convenient to explore the city. The apartment truly felt like a home away from home, offering all the amenities and comfort we could ask for. A highlight was the barista-grade coffee machine, which allowed us to enjoy café-quality cappuccinos every morning. I would highly recommend Richard’s place to anyone planning to visit Prague—you won’t be disappointed!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment — a place that felt like home from the start. We were three people and felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. The apartment is very spacious, well-equipped, and we didn’t miss anything we needed. The access to public transport is great — just a short walk to the tram, which connects you easily to anywhere in Prague. Veronika was always quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommended, and I truly hope it’s available next time I visit Prague!

Place was amazing, clean and well located. Only bad thing was during check in process the key code mentioned in the instructions was not the correct one and after several minutes trying to get in I had to call host. But he was really helpful and solved the situation in few minutes sharing the correct code.

Hostitel s námi komunikoval rychle, pokyny k ubytování jsou přesné. Byt se nachází na klidné ulici, kde se dá v pohodě zaparkovat. Výhodou okolí je nakupní centrum, kavárny, spousta restaurací a také velmi dobrá dostupnost na městskou dopravu (tramvaj a metro). Co se týče samotného prostředí bytu, tak jsme byly mírně zklamané a to predevším hned po příchodu do bytu. Byl zde cítit zvláštní zápach. Nejspíše ze sedací soupravy, která má fleky a polštáře, které na ní jsou, by bylo potřeba jednou za čas vyčistit, vzhledem k četnosti využití daného bytu i jinými hosty. Byl to velice silný zápach. Za to nejspíše přímo hostitel nemůže, neboť má najatou úklidovou firmu, které je to očividně jedno. Bylo by dobré i pro budoucí hosty, aby si uklidová firma dávala větší péči i s čistotou tohoto typu vybavení. Nejčistší místností byla koupelna. V ložnici nás zarazila absence zásuvek u postele. Zásuvku u dveří nebylo možné používat. Nefungovala zde televize. Ostatní vybavení v bytě bylo v pořádku.

Perfect location, walking distance of main tourist areas but far enough away to be peaceful at night! Terrace space was amazing especially with nice weather! Kitchen area and bedroom area were bigger than expected and very clean! Bathroom was small but perfect space for two people! Stairs up are hard but well worth it for the space and location you get with this property! Check in and out very easy and all amenities available were great! Would stay again!

Had a fantastic stay in this lovely apartment! It was spotlessly clean on arrival and check in was a breeze. Jan & Sarah were kind enough to let us check in early when we had an early flight which was incredibly helpful. The bed was super comfy & balcony was the icing on the cake. Location was great, with most of Prague’s main attractions within a very walkable distance or easily accessed by cheap and very regular public transport. Would 100% recommend!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Zuzanas Wohnung sehr genossen! Total ruhig, sehr bequeme Betten, wunderbar sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet! Dazu kommt man mit den nahen Tramlinien sehr schnell ins Zentrum. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie uneingeschränkt und wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Zuzana war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war eine Freude, mit ihr zu kommunizieren. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Alles top. Gut angebunden. Ruhige Gegend, trotzdem gibt es fußläufig tolle Bars und Orte zum Essen gehen. Direkt an der Metro, daher ist man auch schnell in der Innenstadt.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, alles was man benötigt war vor Ort. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
