Our stay in Capão da Canoa was excellent! We were looking for a quiet place to really rest, and Ramon's apartment met our needs. The location is great, we did everything on foot, the listing corresponds exactly to the photos. Ramon was always attentive and helpful, which made all the difference. The condominium is very clean and organized, and the janitor deserves to be highlighted, super kind and available. The villa is well located for those who enjoy nature, the view to the lagoon is beautiful view from the balcony. The place is quiet and quiet. I really enjoyed it.

Fernanda and husband are very nice people. I got all the information on tours, restaurants and everything in between, including radar sites on the road. Hehe Location very well located in front of the beach and the house has chairs, strollers, sunguard, toys…. On the side there is a Pub, but about 11:00 pm already reduce the sound a lot. All went well! Very recommended.

The house is beautiful, very enjoyable. The beach is uncrowded. The pool is super clean. The electrical installation is a little loose. The plugs are half loose. But overall, I would go again. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was super-equipped, very complete. I recommend it 100%.

Fairly spacious, airy and equipped apartment. The garage is great, holds off a large sedan. It is close to the molhes, edge of Mampituba and a few blocks from the sea. Inclusive you can see the sea of the balcony.

Exactly, the same as the images. Great location and sea view! All very clean and organized, neat bedding and towels, super-equipped kitchen. The only point is that we couldn't take a hot bath in the suite shower, but as there were two others, we didn't even call on José Alan, but I'm sure it would support us as it was since the rental. I had some personal problems that caused me to reschedule a few times and Leonardo was exceptional, extremely understandable and flexible with check-in and checkout times. I went with my family and everyone loved staying in Karen's penthouse apartment. Very spacious, airy, great accommodation. And the view from the penthouse and the rooms is stunning. I am not tired of looking at the side of the Guitar Lagoon and at the hills on the other side of the city. It is close to the beach and the Vesta mall and other shops and restaurants. Karen and Fernando are excellent hosts that are always attentive, friendly and available. Thank you very much Karen and Fernando!

The apartment is impeccably clean, well taken care and prepared to welcome guests with all the comfort. The beach is quiet, very family and with few people. Great for children, as the length of sand is huge. Tati and her family were welcoming and caring.
