We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. Casinha linda e recém reformada. Tudo novinho e com um projeto simples, buziano e aconchegante. A localização é ótima pra quem adora a praia de Geribá. Em 1 minuto caminhando já estamos com pé na areia! Temos barraca e cadeiras de praia. A casa possui 1 suíte, 1 quarto triplo, sala com cozinha americana, varanda e um espaçoso jardim atrás da casa. Nossa velha casinha de pescador se renovou e é um sonho realizado ter ela tão gostosa para receber nossos hóspedes. Preparamos sempre o melhor!

Nice house, on the sand, facing the sea of Arraial do Cabo. We are 6 km, 11 minutes, from Cabo Frio-RJ airport. The space features an en-suite (sea view), with air-conditioning, a double bed, and a bi-bed with two single mattresses. Bedroom 2 (not en-suite), with air-conditioning, double box bed, with two single auxiliary beds. Our chalet is finely finished, decorated in a casual style, and is equipped with a kitchen with utensils. We are 6.5 km, 13 minutes, from Cabo Frio-RJ airport. The chalet is located in Monte Alto, a very quiet, simple and rustic village, 15 km from Arraial. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space!

Prezados, quando alugo para duas pessoas e não for um casal, por favor avisar. No banheiro de solteiro o box só tem uma folha de vidro ( funciona melhor assim).

Temos 6 vagas de autos para todo o condomínio e o uso e por ordem de chegada, mas a rua de acesso é particular sem saída e com guarita.
