Apartment holiday rentals in Praia da Balaia

The apartment is beautifully decorated (as in the photos) and efficiently designed to have more storage than appears. It was very clean. It is small but very well designed for 2 couples. We mistakenly thought it was 3 full baths but it’s 2.5 baths as the guest bathroom has no shower. Isabela is quick and easy to communicate with and flexible in accommodating our needs like getting us an extra set of sheets and blanket for the couch. The view is absolutely amazing! Albufeira is more of a party town but the apartment is located in a quieter area away from the crowds and noise. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. Albufeira is touristy but worth a visit and we would definitely recommend staying at this apartment. Thanks Isabela for a wonderful stay!

Absolute paradise. Unbelievable views, impeccably clean, and comfortably furnished. Everything one needs to escape in one convenient location. I have never received as useful and concise check-in instructions as here, complete with video tutorials and a well- written guide with tips for touring Lagos and the Algarve. Superb hosts - highly recommend.

lovely large comfortable clean apartment in beautiful quiet surrounds. Close to all amenities (lots of bars restaurants and supermarkets close by 5/10min walk) and walking distance into albufeira. Ana was lovely met us at the apartment and showed us around and was there for any further questions. would definitely stay again 😃

We spent over 14 days in the preseason a great holiday for two in the central, directly on the sea/beach apartment of Nora, in fantastic weather sunny every day between 25 - 28 degrees. The hostess Nora welcomed us very kindly and was always easily accessible. The apartment is simply perfect, centrally located in the village and is fully equipped for up to 6 people with 2 bathrooms in an upscale ambience. It also has its own underground parking space, which is a bit adventurous to reach. We can really recommend the apartment as a hotspot and will be happy to come back. Simply top .... full score.

I was comfortable there and once I found it, it was easy to get around. At first I thought my GPS was messed up because once I got off the main road it suddenly seemed very wrong. Narrow road and country feeling but it was fine after first adventure. So quiet now but not all apartments were occupied.

We stayed in one of the Berrio’s unit and it was perfect. The unobstructed view was amazing. The pools were fantastic for our 4 year old son, we enjoyed it everyday! The place is just a short walk away from Carvoeiro via a nice boardwalk along the sea. The bistro was so convenient for us when we just wanted a quick bite or a drink next to the pool. And the service was wonderful! If you want a relaxing time, enjoying the algarve without any stress, this is your place!

Super nice appartement!

Thomas was communicative before our arrival and responded promptly to any questions we had. We were met at the gates by a man from Thomas' team who showed us around the apartment, letting us know everything we needed to know about the apartment. They even let us check in early as our flight had arrived and the apartment was already spotlessly cleaned. The apartment was spacious with a useful kitchen. The balcony was amazing, large with poolside and sea views. There are small shops within 5 minutes walking distance, the strip is about 10 minutes walk away and old town is 20 minutes walk, and the beach is a few minutes walk down the hill, so the location is perfect as it's close to everything but also in a quiet spot.

It was a beautiful place to stay! It was perfectly clean, the views were stunning, and it was very comfortable. The area was safe, clean, and the beach was delightful. We got the chance to watch dolphins play off the coast while our kids played on the beach. The only concern - which can certainly be rectified - is that we couldn’t lock the sliding doors to the balcony and we had a 5yo. The railing to the balcony was a little shaky which made us nervous. It would also be ideal to have blackout shades. Otherwise - truly an impeccable stay and those two items wouldn’t be issues at all if you don’t have small children.

The accommodation was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at, the views in the morning on the rooftop where unforgettable, the host was very helpful and approachable when needing some guidance, the only concern is that we didn’t stay for longer!! Would 100% recommend

It was a pleasure to stay at Bento's place. The view is stunning, wide open with the sea far away on one side and the pool nearby on the other side. The balcony is a perfect place for a drink in the afternoon to enjoy the sunset. The apartment is quite comfortable, it is extremely well decorated and well equipped. Looking forward to my next stay in this beautiful apartment.

We stayed for 10 weeks at Inna’s apartment, we had one or two minor issues but nothing worth mentioning, Inna immediately sorted our problem, she is friendly, super efficient and her communication was first rate. Loved the apartment, very peaceful and Inna provided everything we needed for a long stay. Would definitely recommend Inna’s place.

Brilliant stay at a beautiful apartment. Super clean & everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Lovely & peaceful surroundings & relaxing pool. Few restaurants within walking distance but you can get into town by bolt taxi for 5 euro & very reliable. Host was extremely helpful & responded promptly with any communication. Great host and perfect property to relax and sunbathe on the balcony. Nuno was very responsive when I messaged him and we were all very happy with our stay.

The apartment was beautiful and very homely. Stanislava was there to meet me and show me around, there was a complimentary bottle of wine, water and basket of snacks waiting. Could not fault anything at all. Even beach towels were provided. The apartment is very well located for all the amenities, bars restaurants and supermarkets on your doorstep. Bus station is a five minute walk so you can jump on a bus and go to any resort. Train station 15 min walk. Had a really chilled and relaxing holiday.

Fabio's place is clean, easy to find and looks exactly like in the pictures. It is well located with close proximity to many local restaurants, and the balcony offers a stunning view of the city and the bay. Fabio is very communicative and proactive with offering services and recommendations. I highly recommend it and would come again!

Everything was perfect! The accommodation was in perfect condition, very clean and close to the city center on foot. The pool is a real plus! I recommend it:)
