The apartment is very complete and comfortable, all extremely clean and well taken care of. Large and airborne space. The rooms are dark what I particularly like, good beds and pillows, large cabinets, clean and spacious bathrooms, complete kitchen in utensils, good bed and bath linens. The location is very good, several options for bars and restaurants nearby. It is a little further away from the tourist attractions such as a feirinha, photo spots, busier stalls and bathing area… but nothing that a walk and 5 to 10 min drive does not solve.

I rented it to my parents who came on vacation to visit. They are elderly and very demanding, and they were extremely amazed by the view and the cozy space. They even called it "our house" several times by mistake. Absurdly quiet, peaceful, super nice doorman, clean space. Joana's son who welcomed us, very nice, calm and friendly. Joana is super flexible with schedules, I admired her a lot. We had an excellent time here, I recommend it, we made good memories.

Wonderful stay, the place has everything I wanted, beach access and direct contact with nature. The bungalow is beautiful, it was organized and clean, we felt at home. The infinity pool is a spectacle apart, the condominium itself offers a lot of leisure, it is close to several beaches and I recommend going to the Santoregano pizzeria, a wonderful place. Albano was helpful and kind from the beginning to the end of the stay, making communication easy and proactive. We love and are grateful for the moments lived there! May we return soon!

We had an excellent stay, the apartment met our expectations, clean, comfortable and very functional. Equipped with everything we needed, kitchen utensils, sheets, pillows and towels etc. I highly recommend it.

We love to leave the car in the garage and walk around the city. We will practically only sleep in the apartment. We have been to Maceió several times, but it was the first time we did everything on foot. Next to the condominium there is a food court, on the next street, there are several restaurants and a pharmacy. The supermarket is about 10 blocks away. There is a pizzeria near GBARBOSA where the pizza cost 38 reais, and it was delicious. The condominium is in front of the beach. The garage was damp, dirty, and dark, and you had to be careful when leaving with the car, as it could scrape the ramp. But this has nothing to do with the hospitality that Anna provided us. Finally, the condominium is located in front of the street of a large school, and next to the sports court of this school. Arriving or leaving the condominium at the time of arrival or departure of the students must be extremely complicated. As for the apartment itself, it has everything, we were able to make our meals on site and it was very clean and fragrant.

We had an excellent stay, apt to the description, with sea view, good location, close to the best beaches in the region, quiet and family environment. Very kind and welcoming host, we were greeted with delicious dumpling! Gentle and agile gatehouse on arrival and departure. It is just a suggestion to provide a hairdryer. Super recommend!!!
