The apartment is wonderful, clean and organized, has utensils that make us look like we are at home generating comfort and practicality. The location is perfect, the host Sima is extremely kind and careful with the guests and makes herself available for whatever you need. We love hosting for sure we'll be back !

Great communication with the Caretaker. We were super comfortable, like at home anyway. The surroundings of the apartment are fantastic, market, bakery, center, beach, everything nearby, we left the car in the garage and did everything on foot. We will definitely return.

I went with my family and everyone loved staying in Karen's penthouse apartment. Very spacious, airy, great accommodation. And the view from the penthouse and the rooms is stunning. I am not tired of looking at the side of the Guitar Lagoon and at the hills on the other side of the city. It is close to the beach and the Vesta mall and other shops and restaurants. Karen and Fernando are excellent hosts that are always attentive, friendly and available. Thank you very much Karen and Fernando!

The house is beautiful, very enjoyable. The beach is uncrowded. The pool is super clean. The electrical installation is a little loose. The plugs are half loose. But overall, I would go again. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was super-equipped, very complete. I recommend it 100%.

The house is simply spectacular and perfect for families. We spent 4 extraordinary days. The condominium infrastructure is excellent. Next to the beach. Quiet place. Everything is extremely clean and organized, and the house is super well-equipped. Dona Sonia who accompanied us during these days is a love of person, very careful, helpful and concerned to accommodate us well. We really felt at home.

Fernanda and husband are very nice people. I got all the information on tours, restaurants and everything in between, including radar sites on the road. Hehe Location very well located in front of the beach and the house has chairs, strollers, sunguard, toys…. On the side there is a Pub, but about 11:00 pm already reduce the sound a lot. All went well! Very recommended.

I've stayed other times and whenever I arrive I find the house super clean and organized, the hosts are super sweet and answer all questions promptly, and as I've commented in other reviews, there is a family of 6 or 7 capybaras that stay in the vicinity of the house that are very beautiful
