Fernando, Fátima and Eva were super attentive and helpful from the beginning, making our stay even more special. The roof is beautiful, exactly as in the pictures, with the differential of a simply flawless view! All very well equipped, with pool and barbecue area perfect for leisure time. The condominium is excellent: super safe, well structured, very well located, pet friendly (differential for us) and with extremely kind employees. It was, without a doubt, the best investment for rest days. We will definitely be back soon and recommend with our eyes closed.

Communication was clear and objective from booking to check-in, which was super practical. The apartment is exactly as in the photos: clean, organized and very well located, close to everything. Although there is no parking space, the fact that it is in front of a Military Police base provides a lot of security to leave the car on the street, and there are several parking options nearby. I recommend it!

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. This was our first experience in the App…And we were glad it all went well.When Fernando always very helpful and answered questions quickly and kindly,demonstrating ready to help. To what is up to the Ap we feel well at home, clean and organized environment,utensil in the basic kitchen but the necessary. The local staff are very attentive/polite. It was a wonderful stay! The environment is really as described, super appropriate for a couple, the view doesn't even need comments, wonderful. And because it is in front of the sea and on the avenue, we were surprised by the silence that is in the apartment. The surroundings also help a lot, as everything is close by, we don't take the car out for anything, lol. I'm sure I'll be back soon.

We rented the house to go to the next wedding and we went in 10 people, the house is very big, the space held everyone, the space was clean, organized, in the kitchen it had all the utensils, from large pans to shapes, mixer, blender, we don't need to take anything from home, very complete. The well-distributed rooms, all being suites, very quiet check in, the stay was very quiet and as everyone commented on the trip, a house that tastes like to rent, sure if we went to Guarujá again is where we will stay. we thank the hosts for responding quickly as I sent msg before leaving the house asking if I had large pot to make food for 10 people and he responded immediately, helping that part. the village were kind to leave toilet papers in the bathrooms, in the kitchen tbm had napkin, toothpick, things that in other non-existent stays, the house has an excellent security, swimming pool and barbecue was clean Anyway they can rent without fear

The house has a great structure, well located (10 min from Enseada beach). Vitoria and Bianca are super kind and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience the weekend we spent there. We recommend it!!!

We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that the rental of a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with clean and fragrant bed linen. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information and quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

Edson/Juliana's accommodation was excellent! The house is large, the pool area is beautiful. We went on foot to the beach, only 2 blocks away. Edson also helped me by giving me information about nearby markets and restaurants, the house is great, I'll be back more often!

Our stay was perfect, we were in 27 people and we were very comfortable, the house was exactly like the photos, all the rooms very airy and clean, kitchen and all the perfect equipment, served us in all our needs. In another opportunity we will return for sure.
