Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia da Guarita

FlatSoul do João is very tri, very comfortable we were at home and the location is, close to the Guitar lagoon, right in the center with all the available trade, all in hand, close to the beach as well. The ballooning park for walking as well. We don't need to use the car to do anything these days that we stay in this flat. We will definitely return! Really grateful João.

The loft is extremely faithful to the photos and very cozy, especially at night when you have an incredible view of downtown Torres from the twelfth floor. The pool area is super nice and relaxing, the location is great, leaving everything within easy walking distance in a few minutes. Voltaria a thousand times!

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures. Lisiane and Fábio are responsive and flexible. The location is excellent, and the windows do a good job isolating much of the noise from traffic.

We really like to spend the weekend! We'll come back more often 🥰

We had a great weekend. The view of the apartment is even more beautiful live than in the pictures, really amazing. The location is great, close to the center and the beach, with plenty of resources nearby. The apartment was extremely clean and very comfortable, the barbecue is small but very good. Viviane was a very helpful host and always responded quickly and efficiently. The building has a great flat structure, with 24-hour reception and other amenities.

My wife and I really liked Tamires' apartment. Extremely clean, all very tidy, well ventilated , in the visual room on one side of the city , in the visual rooms of the lagoon . Very well located, we saw from the window the balloons. Silent day and night apto. Nearby countryside, restaurants, wonderful coffee shops. Picture of the lagoon is a postcard. The beach is nearby. I want to emphasize the friendliness of Tamires, above the average in meeting us, gave tips on tours and gastronomy in general , we like everything. It was one of the best stays . Very nice Torres Town. Super...super...super...super.... INDICO ! 👏👏👏

aP corresponds to the photos, ideal for couple or couple with 1 child, well located, close to the beach, close to everything, we did everything on foot, AP very comfortable, has everything( except electric oven),but has barbecue and microwave, the host Ivone always willing to help or clarify doubts. We love it! We would recommend it!

First I would like to highlight Bia's sympathy. We met very well, he let us occupy the accommodation before the check-in time. The photos match exactly what the place looks like. It has a small market under the apartment and has several others nearby. It has several cooking utensils, super complete. The apartment was clean and fragrant. Super recommend Bia's home, not to mention she's a sweetheart! Thanks for your excellent stay.

Excellent host, very willing to help and the house meets all needs. A location very close to the Guardhouse, where you can hear the sea.

The house is surreal of beautiful, larger environments than in the pictures, the house is close to the sea, we sleep listening to the noise of the sea, only to go out in front of the house and you can see it. Extremely complete kitchen, everything clean and organized. Zilma made us super comfortable and it was a sweetheart! We will definitely return. I was too much in love at the house and in the location near the sea for the summer.

The stay was wonderful. Perfect space for family stay and enjoy the beach quietly, but just a leap away to the central part of Torres. the space had everything needed to be comfortable. A quiet beach to rest. We will return.

Casa do Sol is the perfect place for those who like comfort, coziness, practicality and, above all, who have large dogs like ours. The layout is perfect, with spacious spaces and a great inner patio for them to stay while we left. Very well located, it is close to everything, but in quiet street. You can easily walk to the beach (15/20 minutes). Hosts are solicitous and responsive. We'll be back for sure!

Couldn't be better. Me and my husband agreed that people like Rosana are good to have in the circle of friendships. Respecting nature lover, animals, sports. Executive but which focuses on well-being. Esteve always helpful and at the same time gave us privacy. It presented the amenities and made us very comfortable and at the same time provided all the safety for our stay even taking care of the movements of our puppy when we were away. The location for us was perfect close to the lagoon and beach and everything downtown as well. The bed was very tasty and soft, smelling sheets. Full kitchen

Fernanda and husband are very nice people. I got all the information on tours, restaurants and everything in between, including radar sites on the road. Hehe Location very well located in front of the beach and the house has chairs, strollers, sunguard, toys…. On the side there is a Pub, but about 11:00 pm already reduce the sound a lot. All went well! Very recommended.

We were very pleased with the accommodation during the feriadão. The property is in a privileged location: safe, quiet and only a 10-minute walk to the Guarita Park and the perfect beaches for those looking for tranquility. Although a little away from the center, it was exactly what we were looking for: rest away from the hustle and bustle. The house was impeccable: clean, organized and complete, with everything we needed. Host Alexandre has always been very polite and helpful, making our stay even smoother. We spent 4 days very well accommodated and we certainly recommend the place! Without a doubt, we would return!

The house is small but cozy, we were in 3 people and it was very nice. :) Ótima location right in the center. To the beach on foot, it is a maximum of 15 minutes. The house was very clean, everything was organized. Renata is a great host, super quick to respond from months before the booking date. I loved my stay, I would definitely return. :)

Fairly spacious, airy and equipped apartment. The garage is great, holds off a large sedan. It is close to the molhes, edge of Mampituba and a few blocks from the sea. Inclusive you can see the sea of the balcony.

Luciana served us every time we need to talk to her . Helpful and attentive. We arrived at the site and punctually it was there to pass on the keys. The place was clean and organized. Very quiet as we needed to rest. Easy location and close to Supermarket, shops and bakeries. Alias a bakery Vosso bread and wonderful (many tasty things and great service. Tb is close to the beach. We love the hammock on the balcony and great shower. Anyway, when possible we will go back. At the exit we needed to hand over the keys and once again it was very punctual. Thank you so much for your stay. We love everything and the city. I highly recommend it! An abration for you Luciana!!!

Tatiana's apartment is exactly like the pictures. It has a great location, 1 block from the beach; very close to the center and to markets. We feel well trimmed in all aspects, as the apartment despite being compact has everything, including chairs and umbrella. It is well ventilated, has a ventilator in the living room and has air conditioning in the bedroom that is upstairs, which made it very easy on hot days. We were 2 people in the apartment and the experience was very good. Communication was easy and Tatiana was very dear and helpful. We'll be back for sure

Lovely apartment, much nicer than the pictures. It had all the amenities and more. The area is great, close to the beach, restaurants and mini markets. If we go back to Torres, it will definitely be to this apartment!

The apartment is impeccably clean, well taken care and prepared to welcome guests with all the comfort. The beach is quiet, very family and with few people. Great for children, as the length of sand is huge. Tati and her family were welcoming and caring.

We had a great stay, an extremely clean house and all organized , attentive host, answered all doubts and always willing if necessary.
