A 50 m de la puerta del Campo de Golf Campomar A 2 min. caminando hay, supermercado, campo de golf, centro de salud, local social, gasolinera, farmacia, restaurante, parque... A 5 min. en coche está la playa más cercana dentro de todas las que hay alrededor. A 12 min. en coche está la ciudad de Ferrol.

You will enjoy a spacious living room with a 50" smart TV, a kitchenette with a Nespresso coffee maker. Bathroom with shower tray, covered balcony facing east to sit for a moment and have a coffee, and two warm and comfortable bedrooms with beautiful touches. Tilt-and-turn windows and programmable heating. Second floor, no elevator. Easy parking in the area.

The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.
