Holiday rentals with a sauna in Praia da Joatinga

Was a great choice. Beautiful inside and clean. View to ocean was spectacular. Very good air conditioning and plenty of hot water. If I ever come back this will be my first choice.

You should be able to leave a 6-star rating. Romeu's apartment is an 11/10, it exceeds all expectations. Apartment remodeled to new, with complete equipment (for example, with towels, chairs, umbrella and beach refrigerator), everything impeccable, functional, unbeatable view, perfect condominium and location (right in front there is a supermarket and just below, a restaurant of first class international cuisine, two blocks away: pharmacies, service station, bakery, etc.), the beach in posto 7 is one of the best and quietest in Barra. In short, unbeatable from every angle, thank you very much Romeu and see you next time (which will undoubtedly happen).

Perfect apartment! Very tasteful architecture and decoration and with a wonderful view! Think of a relaxing experience, you can read a book and have a coffee in that armchair overlooking the lagoon! We were delighted. I would like to mention Leonardo, who prepared everything for us to have an unforgettable stay. We were greeted with a glass of wine and he even took care to leave coffee capsules for every day of our stay. It's that care that makes the difference! Thank you Leonardo! The place looked just like the pictures—modern, clean, and well-kept. Heron was very responsive once we checked in, which we appreciated. Communication before check-in was a bit limited, but overall a great stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Ipanema! The space is spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The view of the beach is incredible—you’re literally just steps away from the sand, right across the street. The building felt very safe, with friendly and helpful doormen and a prime location right next to the Fasano Hotel. The area is well-patrolled and secure, with lots of police presence. Jane was a wonderful host—she checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well and was always available to answer any questions. The location couldn’t be better: walking distance to Leblon, Arpoador, and Copacabana, with tons of great shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The rooftop pool was a huge bonus—absolutely stunning views and surprisingly peaceful, as we hardly ever saw anyone else using it. It felt like our own private retreat above the city. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Rio. Highly recommend!

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super family, with clear information and good communication between the employees. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. Very good apartment, in front of the Olympic Park. Wide, clean space. Equipment in good condition, without reservations. José Luiz's cordiality in welcoming me for check-in stood out. Extremely easy communication. I recommend it.

The house is delicious!! Super cozy and comfortable. It's a complete house! Wonderful bed and bath linens, pool towels were also available. Kitchen complete with utensils and dishes/cups/glasses of all kinds, full tbm barbecue area! There is no shortage of activities for children! Pool buoys, foosball, ping pong, pool, beach tennis rackets and the soccer field! Everything works perfectly. Apart from the pernilongos, we have nothing to complain about. Victor was an excellent host responding to everything quickly. Tbm we were appointed to Thainara to help with cleaning the house on the days we stayed there and it was a great indication. We'll be back!

We loved our stay. Very fragrant rooms and bedding. The place is beautiful, very quiet and private, but at the same time less than 5 minutes by car from the main street and shops. The house's Wi-Fi worked well all the time. Well-equipped kitchen. Rodrigo and Andra were very kind hosts and available for everything we requested. We feel very at home. The bath was the only point that in principle I thought would not be so good since it was very cold, but it was more the trick of getting the hang of it. Opening the water a little, it still comes out with pressure and hot. So nothing to complain about.
