The House is impeccable, a new and very clean house, in a privileged location, 100 meters from the beach. The impeccable kitchen, the super clean rooms, a pleasant space,the differential are the 3 air-connected ones that worked perfectly, 2 bikes available( my son loved), the clean pool, a great garage, well-kept outdoor area, the place is wonderful, near quiet neighbors, super calm neighborhood and far from the bustle, the house is safe and come without fear. Host Ana wonderful, quick and super flexible responses, Marcos welcomed us very well and gave us one more thing in the pool, and we did not want to return home, we will return more times... At the time of Checkout, that is, we handed the key to the house to Marcos, we did a thorough cleaning and tried to leave it the same way we found...

The house is wonderful. We were in a group of 17 people and it accommodated us well. The house is complete, has a delicious pool and a very complete leisure area. The kitchen is also very complete. Rebeca's hospitality, responding very quickly and resolving all doubts (and look, as the group was large there were several doubts), the caretaker and the housekeeper were also always ready to help with whatever was needed, are points that make you even more comfortable. I loved it. When we return to Iguape, we will definitely return to this house.

The four days we spent in this super cozy space that gave us that feeling of being at home were very nice. The house is spacious, super clean and organized, and is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, with all the support materials, electrical items and utensils we needed. Paula was super attentive, providing information about the place, recommending restaurants and responding promptly. There is already a desire for all of us to return to Jureia and we will contact Paula again.

This is the second time we have rented Mrs. Noelle's house and, as the first time, it was perfect. We love the house, the outdoor areas are wonderful, there are several things to do nearby, such as going to the lagoon or having ice cream at Beluga and even a pastel in the pastel corner. The house is close to the bus station for those coming by bus, it is a quiet, calm and very good place to stay♥️. Yes, Mrs. Noelle provides great service, is caring and receptive. Rent and enjoy not only the best of what the island has to offer, but also this wonderful stay😌.

Beautiful place of peace well clean organized tranquility has everything a family needs to spend the weekend, Ygor and his father very polite helpful, the access only gets a little complicated due to the signal, but when it arrives has Wi-Fi works very well ( Mr. Ygor passed all the information not to be lost on the way and it was quiet on arrival ) . The place is very comfortable and we take advantage of the pool with natural water without chlorine and the barbecue the place is the same in the photos. Even vegetables and seasonings of the plantation offered us. We only recommend that they take a lot of repellent the farmhouse has enough pets at night the bites are very painful and an unbearable itch as much as we have been repellent the whole crowd was bitten, our luck that Ygor's father took us a repellent that gave us a relieved bites. Zero surprises with the house, it's literally everything in the ad, everything was clean. If I could, I'd stay there another week, very nice place and very nice house.
