Comfortable and cozy. Close to the supermarket, restaurants and 350 meters from Praia da Lagoinha, well ventilated, safe and family environment. Apartment with 4 chalets, according to the photo , with an independent side entrance. Owner lives on site in a house with a separate entrance. The outdoor area has a small pool and outdoor shower. Cars accommodated at the entrance of the property. We do not accept animals. Maximum 3 guests,including adults,children and babies. We don't allow visitors. We don't allow speakers.

The entire house has a ceiling fan and air conditioning in the bedrooms. In the living room, a double sofa bed. Yard with gourmet area and barbecue. The outdoor area also has a delightful shower.
